Had an iPhone 11 screen repair done, installation was great and customer service was exceptional, honoring their 1 year warranty and fixed my screen free of charge. Highly recommend them to those who need a device repair and I most certainly plan on going to them on future repairs!

Very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable person calmed my fears about my phone. Recommended how to get more use out more use out of my old phone & what phone to buy next. The fix worked & my old phone is less annoying. I'm contemplating buying a new phone from Hot Tech in the near future. It's so nice to have a pleasant person to get phone help from.

I had a iPhone that I was trying to sell for a fair price. I have to drive by this place and stop to check them out. Individual behind the counter was nice and courteous and my old phone gave me a price for it and I appreciate them greatly.

They fix phone ports onsight! One day service if they have your part, I paid $15 for next day part delivery..Daryi & Roman are trustworthy, knowledgeable, fairly priced and give phenomenal, customer service. They will be my phone fix go to from now on !

Brought in my computer due to water damage. Hot Tech took their time to determine what the problem was and if they could fix it. My computer was dead and they didn't charge me. Hot Tech was recommended to me by a friend because of the quality of work and fairness. I agree with her and fully recommend.

Disgraceful people get them away of this disgraceful people ???You are Keeping editing your response.I’m a customer I have to ask for deals, I did not demand from you, because I don’t believe your phones there are no standard in your store , this is my right to deal with. If you think I’m liars because of asking deals you’re right.Don’t give yourself to insults customers at any stage , but you insult me in front of other customers. Came in without an appointment but was provided a quote here through yelp. Their pricing for service is cheaper than most places. Dropped of my iPad and was fixed within hours. I couldn't pick up my iPad in time before they closed so I picked it up 2 days later when I was available. My battery was draining so much even when charged and eventually just died and wouldn't turn on. This place checked the issue and replaced my battery and now it's good as new! It's been a week now and my iPad is still great! Thank you!
