I recently moved in and had an incredible experience not only with the apartments but also working with Josh Martinez. Josh was very helpful and thorough with us throughout the whole process, making this one of the easiest and stress free move-ins I have had.

Aaliyah I helped me with my move in process it was a lengthy process initially but she was there the whole way reassuring me and making sure I was well taking care of now that I live here I love it Aaliyah and everyone else is so nice and helpful in the office we come to the pool often and attend all the events

This summer has been one of the most difficult situations I've ever experienced with logistical problems preventing me from moving from Reno to Sacramento. Everyone at Homecoming at Creekside has been cordial and friendly, but Josh Martinez has particularly stood out as a leasing agent with empathy, compassion, determination, resourcefulness, and kindness. He truly listened to what I wanted, he empathized with me when I explained my stressful situation, he always gave me hope that he would help me find an apartment, and he extended compassion when obstacles were preventing me from moving right away. Even though I only met Josh through emails and brief phone conversations regarding finding an apartment at Homecoming at Creekside, he spoke to me as if he truly cared about my situation and wanted to find the best apartment that suited my needs and those of my children. At one point, he could tell how stressed I was and told me, "let us do the work for you and we will take care of it". However, not only did Josh do everything on his end to help me move, but he also helped me figure out what I needed to do at the Lewis Apartments in Reno, to create a smooth, hassle-free transition. Through this review, I have attempted to describe how helpful Josh has been, but I believe this review doesn't do it justice--there are no words to express how wonderful Josh has been to a single mother struggling with an impossible situation just to be able to move to California and make a better life for her children. He truly went above and beyond just to rent an apartment, and although my situation still has not been resolved yet so that I could secure an apartment at Homecoming at Creekside, Josh stood by me with the hope that everything would work out. If anyone deserves a raise and promotion, Josh has earned it several times over!

I recently had the pleasure of touring an apartment with Samaria Kelley, and I can’t say enough about how wonderful my experience was. From the moment I booked the tour, Samaria reached out to understand my preferences and ensure she had all the information needed to make the visit as productive as possible. She sent a reminder about my appointment and, when we met, spent an hour and a half showing us all the available apartments. She answered every question we had with patience and clarity.
Samaria also went above and beyond by following up with us regarding our questions about EV charging, ensuring we had all the details we needed. After the tour, she promptly sent a follow-up email with the prices of the apartments we were interested in and their availability dates. She never made us feel rushed and truly gave us all the time we needed during the tour.
Although I ended up not renting an apartment this time, I wanted to express my gratitude for the exceptional service I received. I’ve been apartment hunting for two months and have met with several leasing agents, but Samaria is by far the best. Her professionalism, kindness, and dedication truly set her apart. Thank you, Samaria, for making this process so pleasant and for setting the bar high!

My experience at Homecoming was in one word, excellent. A dedicated team willing to answer any questions you may have. The professionalism is above and beyond, and Samaria was extremely kind while walking me through. I'm looking forward to making Homecoming my place of residence.

We rented out in jun 2018 and stayed for 6 years. During our stay, managment was efficient in dealing with complains, repairs and leaks. Being gated community, came with safety and security. Special days were a community wide celebration with special events hosted in community office and free invitations to residents,w perks and prizes,free gift wrapping. Pool - heated and cold, both offer a great time in water. Gym is good with clean equipment. We kept our leased apartment clean and we're refunded fully on our security deposit.

This is the most unique apartment homes communities we have ever encountered. Developed owned and managed by Lewis Corp. Upon entering the massive 14k SQ ft " Club house" / Leasing office we were struck by the immaculate reception area tastefully designed and layed out. Out matched by the upbeat and welcoming vibe of the sizable energetic "happy to be there" staff. Definitely recommend checking them out. Look for more in depth personalized reviews from the one and one half year ( so far) tenancy enjoyed by us. Tbc....
