Went the other day to look for some wasp spray and garden ideas. Hubby just had surgery so he was using a cane. As we were leaving, he noticed us and not only asked to help me load our car the large bricks, he came over and told my husband that he was happy to do it. THANK YOU VICTOR for outstanding customer service or U could have totally ignored us. We are deeply grateful!!

Oh my. I went here to get yellow, blue & Oatmeal paint for home. I was completely overwhelmed with the selection. I mean it's a great selection but after a few minutes the colors became overwhelming. Fortunately a really nice girl working behind the counter helped me tremendously select each color! I should have asked her name but didn't want to sound like a creep. Anyway she directed me to the things i would need and this was a pleasant experience here. Just a bit pricey but good paint is s good thing. So now I'm home getting ready to start this adventure all due to the great customer service I received from her!

I went in the store after getting my doors at home measured to be replaced. My garage door is solid wood and It has warped over the years with the temperature changes. I went in on a Saturday and the lady that was helping me wasn’t in that day. But thankfully Josha was very knowledgeable and patient with me because I couldn’t decide between three options for my garage- to- house door. Josha made sure I was happy with my selection! I am very happy I went in when I did because I feel like I got the best customer service with Josha!Thanks you!

This is the weirdest Home Depot I’ve ever been to. Bought a microwave, added the protection plan. Every other HD I’ve been to, it automatically asks you at point of sale if you want an e-receipt. This one apparently can’t do that. So I go to the customer service desk to see if they can generate one (I hate keeping track of paper and always end up losing it). For the same exact box, rung at customer service, the protection plan is 4 times the price. When I object to this, they get an appliance person on the line, who asks questions but figures out nothing, and 30 minutes later, angry, I walk over to the regular checkout, where of course the protection plan is $12 as it was originally. Never had this problem with HD systems clearly not talking to each other, and not having the functionality they do in Colorado and Wisconsin.

Richards vibe is everything!!! So kind and solid every time. So this time the kiddo and I did the Saturday kids workshop. Richard led us to where it was being held inside! Muchoooo appreciated. Came and interacted and was kind. The boostie dude at the self check out was lazy, given the lens less black frames he was wearing, I should have known, lol. I asked where I could pick up a tool kit. Very booties he responds down the isle….. it’s a fool’s errand. As I leave I ask if I must have missed them??? Then fake lense responses, “oh, yeah if you want that you have to build it yourself. “People are funny.But it’s all good, most everyone else is hella professional and kind.

So they trust me to check myself out and pay but they don't trust me enough to walk to the front of the store with an item that I had to wait till the two people in front of me got their locked up item walk to the front couldn't walk up the same item for all three of us to the front. We each had to wait while they walked one item at a time locked up the gate and then came back and unlocked it and walked the next item up. What a joke. I guess they'll just make it so unpleasant that will shop for everything online.

Beware of Jonathan. He will make you feel like a thief. He isn't very friendly and mentions how products just happen to walk out of the store while holding your product. As a consumer he's definitely not what I would want on my front end tending to my paying customers. I understand that theft is high but if someone is completing the transaction give them the product. Don't make them ask especially while you stand all smug. Def will just take the 3 min drive to a different Home Depot. Dude wanted the ink to dry on the paper before he handed it over. He should go for security or take training on transaction between PAYING customers. . Avoid that stiff transaction and find a friendly service agent with a smile. Great Black Friday prices tho.
