I will never recommend HomeDepot for services. I am remodeling my home and decided to go with Home Depot to install my flooring. Back in late September. My choices that I selected had to be special ordered which I had no problem with. The company that Home Depot contracts out to delivered the flooring in advance. The installers came to install the flooring and realized a lot of the materials were damaged and one box had a totally different flooring inside. The installers called home depot to advise about the damaged materials and couldn't finish the work. I called home depot as well regarding my disappointment. I asked what type of checking material process do they follow? No one could explain in detail. Materials ordered again weeks later I received a call that they received the materials but yet again the materials were damaged by this time it's the end of October mind you I started this end of September early October. I clearly explained this installation must be completed before Thanksgiving. I made multiple calls to corporate and to a store manager. After days of leaving messages I received a call from a case manager who took my info down just last week who guaranteed I would get a call back by today Tuesday 11:20/2023. Again Hvnt heard from anyone as promised. I called the case manager who was to call me back today no call left a message. Called store manager this am hours later I just received a call back from the store manager stating how he has been having a hard time trying to get in touch with someone regarding my materials. At this point they don't know where my shipment is nor a ETA. Today is now 11/21/2023. I asked the store manager for his boss name and number. He didn't know her number and would have to call me back with it. Due to not receiving a call back over a hour I called the store manager back and was sent to voicemail and left a message. Mind you still haven't heard back from the so called case manager. I called back to corporate to add and give the latest update on my order and want a director or higher up to call me back. Corporate took a message. This has been the worse experience in my life especially being my first ever remodeling project. I have a half completed house. Walking on concrete in certain parts of my house and in my bedroom and no toilet in my master bathroom. I'm expecting over 50 people for the Holidays and have unfinished floors that look horrible and tacky. Im am distraught, angry and very very upset regarding this matter. Seems the right hand doesn't know what the left is doing. Poor customer service and poor upper management skills. I will NEVER hire/Pay or recommend HomeDepot to anyone. This is disgraceful and un acceptable. Home Depot is a household name and customers who spend their hard earn money and trust in a company that they have paid to do a service should not have to go through this. L. Smith

I just want to say that I came into this home Depot to look for this part for my dryer and I just want it to to say the young lady who helped me by the name of Danielle was amazing she has excellent customer service such a sweetheart she helped me with what I'm looking for and I know sometimes I'm sure employees don't get credit for the well job that they do but she was very wonderful

The worst Home Depot in town. No customer service at all. Not a single employee asks if you need help. Why should I have to keep asking around for someone? Pick another location.

I've been shopping at the homedept the past 18 years and I never had no problems sending the construction ppl to buy what needed and pay on the phone with my card, but I this time the manager at Florin Rd efused to even talk to me on the phone to explain her reasoning and being very rude to the workers I sent to get the staff to fix my kitchen and her behavior is not acceptable and her customer service was horrible and how she treated the person was not acceptable and refusing event to answer her phone to explain I need to see where the policy says we can't pay on the phone and I feel she was profiling them because of their ethnic background and she needs to accountable for her behavior.

These days, I only go to Home Depot when I have little other choice. The company supports Right wing causes financially. That said, I recently needed an outdoor porch blind the size only they sell. Per usual, I had to hunt down a floor person to advise me. This has always been the case when I visited the store in the past for everything. Conversely, at Lowe's I always have someone ask if they can help me whatever the department.

If you are looking for a Job don't apply at the Florin Rd store, trust me they treat there employees like s**** You can bust your a** but have a black lady make s*** up, and do to this Black lives matter B******** You will be the one that gets let go, with no warning, or write ups. I was one of the best workers at home depot and 4 b******* things were made against me which was my word against this black chick and even my supervisor would agree it was all bullcrap and after working there and busting my a** for 5 months they just let me go with no talk to write up or anything, and trust me it's not over!!!! Cause they let me and that black piece of s*** still has her job!

This store always has what I need. Whether its a fridge filter for moms or cleaning supplies for my place. An if they don't have it they will order it to ship to home. Can't go wrong with The Home Depot.

I just move in to a new house. My first trip was to home depot and i needed lots of things. Help was hard to find and i was so disappointed. Ended up at Lowes spending over $500. 00.

The people that answer the phones need to be more educated!!! I called ahead of time to see if they had an item in stock and they said that they did, I show up and the manager said that they can't sell it to me...I'm absolutely livid. A waste of time and a trip.

Wanted to great customer service to an associate it was an older white man wears glasses and long hair. Works by digital electronics aisles, but he took his time to find me a Roku sticks that they had in stock and it was in a tub that was stacked all the way on top of shelves. He used the power equipment to get one Roku stick. Freaking Awesome associate just forgot his name but thanks!

SAY NO TO Home Depot UNTIL IT DECIDES HOW IT WILL PROTECT THE PUBLICSo I am deciding to only shop at stores that have a serious commitment to the safety and well being of me and my family. I ordered curbside pick up the other day and there were hoardes of people in line, no distancing measures, no masks, only a vain attempt by employees to limit the number entering the store and a limited attempt to clean shopping carts. On top of it all. I had to argue with staff to get my order curbside when their website said the Power Inn store actually offered this service! Fortunately. A kind staffer helped me despite another one of his colleagues arguing with him in front of me that "we don't do curbside service". This business seems to now be setting aside any and all concern for patron and staff safety in the midst of a worsening pandemic. This will come back to haunt us and shops that do nothing to orotect us do not deserve patronage. ACE Hardware on I street downtown, by the way, offers great curbside service and seems to have appropriate safety measures in place for patron and staff safety.Home Depot management: put people over profit for the short term at least. Take control of your store and put in place measures that protect your staff and the public. This is a serious public health issue and you are putting the public at risk!

I'm writing a review regarding the online offer of credit. But, buyer beware - don't fall for their $100 credit for opening an account online. I purchased a washer/dryer combo over President's Day because of the holiday sales offer. After putting the items in my virtual cart, at payment step, I was offered a $100 credit for opening a charge account. Seemed like a good offer, so I did. I've never received the credit. I've called over and over to the credit card customer number and was told to wait - the credit would take several statement periods to process. Today, after 3rd statement, I've been told I will NOT get the promised credit because I can't combine a sale item with the credit and apparently this was advised to me in the small print. So, warning - DO NOT open a credit card with this company based on their enticing, bogus offer. I'll be looking in to other complaint options with Consumer Affairs. I'm attaching this to my local store, which may not be fair given this is an online issue, but it's my option right now.

Won't every go back to this (Florin & 99) location!!!. I was standing in line to get into the store ,a man walked up behind me, was not using social distanceing, standing only a 3/4 cart length behind me, I asked him to please use social distanceing, his reply was "you don't like it go to the back of the line". My reply was" no I was here first & it's a order by the governor to practice SD. To make matters worst for me, when I moved away from him off to the side to create more space he moved up also. I saw a HD employee and asked her to please enforce the SD while we stand in the line, he again said way don't you just go to the back of the line. The employee replyed back to my request was I'm not going to get into a agurment with anyone about this. I never raised my voice & tried to stay calm asking for SD's. Then the employee "She"said to another employee" she should have just stayed home if she has a problem standing in line with people. Really lady, you don't get the reasoning for monitoring shoppers going into the store, "SD" is a requirement till further notice. I reported the issue once inside the store. Yes I did have my face mask on & gloves.

A person is more likely to die from a car accident then get CORVIT 19, and yet there are 30 + people waiting in line to get in the store to facilitate social distancing. I decided to give the New Home Building Supply my business instead of waiting forever just to get in the store. Political Correctness is killing my business.
