Worst stay ever at a Holiday Inn. Some how got charged for 3 rooms and there was "an event" scheduled that not only blasted music so loud it could be felt and heard on the second floor, it also took up all parking. Worst stay ever...

Rooms: Got a room for wheelchair handicap people without asking for it. It had a shower design for the handicap which made showering difficult trying to avoid water spilling on the floor. Also, there was no hand soap available, and no vanity mirror.

The hotel is clean and nice. Yhe water pressure is horrible. The check-in process was brutal. Extremely slow and non engaged. The gentleman was very nice, but he took 17 minutes to check in the two people in front of me, and then he had me standing there why he called someone about other business. It was just very odd. It was like he forgot I was there to check in. He finally gave me my room key once he realized he didn't finish checking me in.

Very clean, fair pricing, staff friendly. The showers come with full size soap bottles instead of the tiny sample size soaps

High praise to the staff at this hotel.Freeway was being worked on and the sound of a truck backing up was continuous after 9pm during my stay.Still I was able to rest and continue my drive the next morning.Sweetheart of a person running the breakfast area.

Stayed at this location while working in the area, and it's a good place to stay if you're in the area. There's plenty of parking (10.00). The facility was fairly clean, and the rooms were well kept. The front desk was very friendly and welcoming. I'd definitely rebook at this property if in the area.

Always happy to room at Holiday Inn. Staff is super friendly, Available gym, Pool, and office space, room and bathroom perfect. Breakfast available.

Location was a perfect location close to business conference. Breakfast area was large and plenty of assorted options. We decided to go to a mom and pop place for dinner one night and absolutely loved Ray Chicken and Fish. Very close to the hotel.4 miles from Airport.The room had a large closet with a good iron and ironing board, desk for work, and plenty of space to move around. Larger bathroom.Very relaxing stay and would book this place again in the future.

Nice place. Clean.But I called and asked if they had truck parking . I asked 3 times. They told me they did. They don't. Wanted to charge me for 8 parking spots, only charged me for one. They do not have truck parking and should not be telling people that they do.

What a bright spot in the city that is in desperate need of more hotels outside of the downtown area. Super clean, new, safe with good staff and a decent breakfast make this a great choice if you don't want to stay in downtown. Genice was great ? good hire!!!
