No stars this place is nasty front desk supervisor talk bad and yell and cuss at guests the GM doesn't know what he is doing and is completely and let's supervisors run this place. The rooms aren't kept up and there's no supervision. Whatever u do don't leave your vehicle here overnight a lot of the guests have their vehicles broken into. There are rooms like312-14 that are bombed for bed bugs all the time.ALSO HOMELESS SNEEK IN NIGHT AND SLEEP IN HALLWAYS STAFF DONT PAY ATTENTION BIG SAFETY CONCERN

I didn't get my car broken into here, but I worried about it for the duration of my five-night stay. I had booked online before reading the reviews from people who had this happen to them as recently as a week before my booking, so I couldn't cancel without charges. The clerk who checked me in denied that break-ins are an issue at the property, but the bits of window glass scattered around the parking lot say otherwise. Use caution. I took EVERYTHING out of my car, opened the dash and center console so it was clear there was nothing to take, put the back seats down so the empty trunk was visible.I discovered after my stay that in addition to charging my business credit card for the stay in full, they put a hold on my personal credit card (that they requested for "incidentals" without disclosing the holds) for each night as well, including the night of the day I checked out. The holds took a week to drop off.

Was not impressed with this hotel. The customer service was especially bad. Thankfully there are better hotels nearby.

Hotel room was adequate for the price and location but it’s frustrating they only gave us 1 keycard and then the keycard stopped working about 5 times during our stay, each time requiring us to go to the desk to get it sorted out. Hard to enjoy the room when you can’t access it or the side entrances to the building.Nearby activities: Quick drive to Old Town.Food & drinks: Lots of places to eat within walking distance.

Extremely happy with the customer service! We had some hiccups along the way but within 30 minutes Kelly had us in a room! She went above and beyond for us and we are very grateful!!! Thank you Kelly!

Great experience, the rooms were nice, close to a good amount of other food places. The breakfast was great also. I just didn't like how they rushed the breakfast to be over. 20 minutes before the end time, they start shutting the doors and cleaning up. It made me uncomfortable and I don't understand it. That food is already made. Your just gonna waist it by discouraging the guest from getting what is still left. Other hotels I've stayed at encourage there guest to grab something and try to make you feel welcomed and happy first thing in the morning. Not a great way to start your day. Hurry up and get out of our way we have to clean. Everything else was great.

This is a great hotel right next to the SMF airport. My family arrived from the San Jose area where my family just returned from a business trip. The staff went above and beyond that evening to have our Porta Crib ready so we could get some sleep. The main issue is the area is had had so much theft it is a common accurance for the staff. We woke up on October 27, 2023 to find our van windows broken with over $2500 worth of damage. When we reported this to the front desk that morning the staff said you must have left stuff in there. They then handed us a sticky note on how to report it. That was the extent of our interaction. Our van had just stayed a week at the Holliday on in San Jose and they said they prided themselves in doing there best in keeping our stuff safe and they did. I would not recommend staying in this area again.Safety: Nonsafe area.

This place was great, I have to say the staff is what impressed me the most, they were courteous, helpful, and professional. They helped me with a complimentary airport shuttle which saved me a lot of time when I headed back home in the a.m. The rooms are amazing, clean, comfortable and the chairs and TV set up was great. There are many restaurants adjacent to the hotel and conveniently located to the highway. I would recommend this place to anyone and thanks again to the staff. JF

The front desk personnel are excellent. They are very accommodating and helpful. There was a difficult gentleman checking in the front desk ahead of me, and the front person was very polite and professional and diffused his complaint and made him satisfied. She handled it very well. If you are flying in/out of Sacramento, this is the place to stay.
