Let me start off by saying this particular location is nothing short of HORRIBLE! I needed to rent a vehicle the same day because I had a bad car accident in my Challenger. The representative had a little snappy attitude but I'm not the one honey so I had one back. Anyways, she said I couldn't book a vehicle same day unless I had a major credit card?? ?? Since when was this policy?
I've rented from there in the past ( not this location but another one) and never had this problem. I don't know what kind of BS she's on but no I'll never book another vehicle with them EVER! Again. I don't trust it now and just no I'll stick to Enterprise where there more professional!

So far this has been a great experience! Chanel and Claudia have bent over backwards to help us with our rental! I realize that it's frustrating when a business is understaffed, but it's not their fault people don't want to work! Be kind and usually people will do everything they can to help you!!!

They consistently impose penalty fees whenever possible. Cancellation policies are dubious.

They were supposed to pick me up at 12:30 PM so I could pick up the car. Three phone calls later with 30 to 40 minute hold times for each call, nobody could tell me when or if they were showing up. I finally had to take Lyft so I got my car before closing. I made it to the store at 4 PM. If I hadn't pre-paid I would have canceled. But if you cancel they keep your money. So I am not convinced they had any intentions of picking me up anyway. They get paid either way. NEVER rent here. It's awful.

Needed a vehicle same day and the gals behind the desk were helpful enough to secure a big SUV that wasn’t available anywhere else. They even washed it up for me and the rate was same as usual. Very helpful!

I rented a pickup truck for a day and was very impressed with the experience. The app User Interface is excellent, staff were professional and polite, and I was provided an upgraded vehicle at no additional cost- all for a very reasonable price.

My husband rented a car from HERTZ cause supposedly of a good deal . Well IT WASN’T… it was said if one does the pre-pay amount one gets a discount / a good deal… will get rental better if one pre-pays .. . instead of getting the discount we were billed twice . The first payment was just a down payment .. VERY MISLEADING ADVERTISING… WELLL we rent car a lot… they just lost our business … what a deceitful company !!!. Advise to all to rent from another rental company NOT HERTZ!!!!

Really bad customer service I will never ever deal with them again. They also played with the prices. I ended up paying from 188 to 345. Now I wonder why they have 3.0 rate !!

Unproffesional in every way from Speech to Dress . Tattoos and Costume Jewelry are Fine but unclean Clothing no Name Tags Bait n Switch Employees speaking loud n Rude while gossiping ?Being polite to Customersa and trying toResolve situations are Paramount to any .Business Better service at a Drive through. Sad I may have to sell my stock or call corporate but why?

Excellent place, the guy who served us was extremely friendly; They gave us a very nice and comfortable car. If you are going from abroad, you need to bring your passport to be able to make the rental.
