Hamilton's the best for their services. I have my watch links shorten and they didn't charge me at all. They are very friendly and honest. They'd refer services they don't do and always looking for your best interest. They'll help customize a wedding ring for my son . They will be our jeweler for a very long time

Hamilton Jewelers did an amazing job on our rings. I had a diamond ring from my mother that passed away, and they were able to take that ring and turn it into 2 gorgeous rings for my husband and I. They turned out beautiful, and look absolutely stunning! Thank you so much for being an integral part of our special day!

There are absolutely no words for how furious I am with this store. My personal opinion is all readers should avoid Hamiltion Jewelers like the plague, and verify the quality of everything they've purchased or had repaired here. My fiancee and I have dealt with everything from rude and unprofessional treatment to the ruin of a $5000 wedding ring. Given the severity of what I'm about to say, I'm going to stick to strict fact. I didn't get the space to type out an in depth description of our nightmare here, so here's the Cliff's Notes version: Phone calls were never made as promised, we had to constantly chase them down. Their jeweler either stretched or shaved the band of my fiancee's ring, ruining the setting and effectively destroying a nearly $5000 family heirloom. Thinning of the band verified with my mother, who wore the ring for over 30 years. Setting being ruined verified by a reputable 3rd party jeweler. They held on to a family heirloom diamond strand tennis bracelet for two weeks after promising it would only take the weekend to get an estimate on adding an expansion link. When we got it back, three of the links were soldered together. We got NO updates during the two weeks and when we pushed the issue, we got changing stories from Chad about where the bracelet was and a jeweler who was and then wasn't on vacation. I'm having my mother inspect the bracelet this weekend to verify it wasn't like this before. *I* do not remember it being that way however. We waited a month and a half to get estimates on an engagement band with Kristi being completely unresponsive on the issue before going elsewhere and happily spending twice as much on a nicer ring. Chad was completely flippant in addressing our complaints, shrugging and smirking when I threatened to have him charged criminally over the missing bracelet. Kristi and the other women there lied to my face about the ring issue. We will NEVER buy anything from Hamilton again and I won't trust them to work on a $2 mood ring after our experience. My entire family is furious and letting everyone know what happened. If fact after we get written opinions from other jewelers regarding the damage to the pieces, I intend to sue the hell out of Hamilton.
