I bought my wife a used Subaru here. Luba was the sales person, and she did a great job of not pressuring us to go through the sale. Lots of used car places put too much pressure, and we just turn away and walk because it's annoying. I really appreciated how she was able to show us the car after work hours. It's hard when you have a regular job and need to get something done off hours. A&J was able to accommodate our schedule, and we really appreciated that, so thank you!We've had the car for over a year now, and no problems at all. This was surprising because used cars usually have small things that pop up, but this was not the case. We hope (and are confident) that we'll be able to run this car 150k...and when it dies, we'll come back and buy another :-)

All the cars on the lot have salvaged title doesn't tell you until doing paperwork. Doesn't have it posted or anything up front. Very shady business would not ever recommend. Shame on this business

I cannot recommend Luba and A&J Auto Sales highly enough. I recently bought a Subaru Crosstrek from them, and the whole experience, from start to finish, was respectful, warm, and easy. Luba was kind, honest, and straight-forward, and put absolutely no pressure on me to buy or rush a decision. She even worked with my holiday travel schedule to make sure I had sufficient time to drive the car after purchasing before the warranty they offer ran out, and walked me through getting insurance on a salvaged car (turns out it's easy and basically the same as insuring a clean title).

She even worked with my holiday travel schedule to make sure I had sufficient time to drive the car after purchasing before the warranty they offer ran out, and walked me through getting insurance on a salvaged car (turns out it's easy and basically the same as insuring a clean title). I was a little hesitant at first about buying a salvage vehicle and wanted to be sure to get it thoroughly checked out. Luba had the car dropped off at the mechanic of my choice, where they did a full alignment check and pre-purchase inspection. The shop owner, who had worked on salvage cars and was originally quite skeptical that A&J could have possibly gotten the alignment back to straight called me after the inspection to say that it was "one of the best repair jobs [he had] ever seen." I've had my car for a few months now. Luba checked in to make sure I got my plates and title during the holiday mail rush, and has been responsive about replacing a dash bulb that was out. Overall, the with A&J experience was so incredibly easy and pleasant - night and day from my experience with other car dealerships. AND I got a fantastic deal on my dream car! I would not hesitate to buy from them again. Thank you Luba!

Excellent service once again. We recently purchased our second Subaru from Luba and the experience was again pleasant, efficient and cost effective. I have had good luck in the past purchasing salvaged vehicles from others but in each case the shop doing the work and the sales experience was far less professional than my experience with A&J Auto Sales. I will most likely be back for a pickup in the future.

Ripoffs lye about options sell salvage cars for more than 5x there value offer 1 5th trade in as other places literally 1800 on a mint loaded 2009 outback. Next door said 5k

The best service I received in life from any new or old used car sales place. Luba was great in every stage of the purchase. She even went by the DMV and CHP office to meet all the DMVs requirements.

Customer service was very attentive and helpful. I bought a nice Suburu from them, for way cheaper than normal market price for a used Suburu with such low milage. I was able to test drive the car by myself, and there was no annoying salesman to badger me into buying the car. It was entirely my choice.
