Decent 18 hole course. Fairways are mostly Bermuda grass, weeds and hard pan during summer months and could really benefit from seeding and more watering due to the hot temps. Tee boxes are ok and greens above average for a muni course that gets alot of play. The basic rule I was taught as a kid was to repair your ball mark and two others, which seems to be ignored by the newer generation of golfers who also like to play loud music and be annoying while golfing. Easy course to walk and not very long, even if played from the tips. Close proximity to airport and train tracks is a bit annoying when hitting a shot or putting. There are numerous homeless people that live in the bushes and adjacent creek area that constantly walk or ride their bicycles on the course and take baths in the drinking water faucets.I have witnessed them almost getting hit by balls because they magically appear out of nowhere when you're hitting shots. I can just imagine the lawsuit & payout a personal injury attorney would fabricate should one of these bums get hit with a ball you hit. Fairways & Greens!

Came too the store side of this course to try and play a pinball machine that was there(it was not turned on, so we couldn't), but the store was massive and obviously popular by the amount of people. Staff were very friendly and as someone not interested in golf, I found myself browsing the store in awe. On top of this the course itself is massive. I think next time I'm in town I might become a golfer...

I have always bought my equipment here. Sadly, this was a horrible experience. Not one employee asked me if I wanted assistance. Meanwhile, they were all discussing the lack of Black Friday sales. I know a $300 putter isn't a great sale, but service is service and commission is commission.

Went to the driving range and putting green.It had been quite a while since I had been there so I was shocked to fine all the electronics at the tee boxes.Very helpful, very nice!Putting and chipping green was large enough to handle numerous players.I guess time has passed me by because the old $5 warm up bucket of balls is now $14.

This is for the PRO SHOP and CLOTHING STORE ONLY: Wow what a fantastic place. One of the best golf shop retail stores I have been to at a golf course. Two separate buildings to shop at. The first is to the left side as you pull into the massive parking lot. This has racks of sale item shirts to which I found the one in my photo. Prices are as to be expected, nothing "cheap". Inside is every type of hat and golf item you could want except for shoes which are up the road about 500ft at the pro shop. The pro shop has sections for shoes such as Nike, Adidas, FJ and more. I was helped by a nice older gentlemen and found a pair of shoes fast. Price on the shoes was great with the BOA system which allows you to take off and adjust your shoes without laces and getting muddy on those wet winter courses coming up soon. I was impressed with the vast selection of everything for golfers. 5 stars.

This is the best place to shop for golf stuff in Sacramento. They've got freaking everything, and let you demo any club on their driving range for free.

Great golf course and club house. Everyone was pleasant and made us feel like they were happy we were at there course. We are all black Americans. We were very pleased with the staff.
