4755 Auburn Blvd, Sacramento“This gym ROCKS! While it is a CrossFit style gym, don’t let that intimidate you!! That should excite you! Try something new..the location is CLEAN, and spacious and the equipment is neatly organized and fresh… not only that but the staff/coaches are amazing. They will break down every move to prevent injury and ensure you get the most for your membership! Trust me, I travel often and have been to a number of gyms on east and west coast… if I could choose a gym to attend, it would be this one. So what are you waiting for?? Go try out a free session!!!!”
“As an avid runner in my 50s, I needed to find a way to add strength and core work to my exercise regime that didn’t add more impact to my body. I’ve been going to Instaphysique for almost 3 years now and couldn’t be happier with the results. Brian and Maddie are my favorite coaches but honestly I enjoy all of them.”

2012 P St, Sacramento“I was in a rut with getting myself to the gym. I was encouraged by friends to join them for a couple classes to try it out. I got their 14-day trial class pass and I have not felt that good after a workout in a long time. Attending classes forces me to get out of my house, and I’m not dilly dallying trying to figure out what to do, as it’s all instructor-led. I look forward to doing more fitness classes with friends or flying solo to stay healthy!”

2932 Freeport Blvd Suite B, Sacramento“This place is the best. The instructors are second to none. They push you to be better, to be stronger mentally and physically. From injury rehabilitation, weight loss, strength training, stretching, and much more! They welcome you in like family and build relationships to find out what each person needs to build on their strengths. One of a kind place because of the people they have here.”
“I'm a lover, not a fighter, but boy do I love this fight gym. And it's not just a fight gym (tho as of this writing we are top ranking PMT west adult) - it's an all-around great place to train. Coach Anthony and Coach Marcos have your BACK whether or not you're trying to compete or simply improve your skills. There's also a strength and conditioning program led by Coach Patrick who's extremely knowledgable about the smart way to train - and will push you to reach your goals. My job is pretty demanding, so it's hard for me to make classes consistently - but the morning and evening options are nice. Muay Thai, BJJ, MMA, S&C, big space, a # of membership options, great coaches, and thoughtful owners - like I said, an all-around great place to train.”

5780 Auburn Blvd d, Sacramento“I came here to check out their strength training class because I know I should strength train. I dreaded it. Fast forward 4 months later and I am still here and loving it. It's not easy but the group support is amazing. I had virtually no background in free weights and none in a strongman class but I'm hooked. I am so much stronger now and my running has improved too. Not sure? Try a class.”
“Staff was very friendly and helpful. Coach was great. High energy. I love that everyone is just getting their workout not worrying about the next. No judgment here! Recommend if you like group workouts.*Bathrooms are all gender 1 person bathrooms. Same for showers. They stock the bathrooms with air freshener, deodorants, hair ties and more.”
“The Results Transformation Center (Gym) in West Sacramento is Amazing! I recently successfully completed a six-week challenge and am sooo very happy with the outcome. The trainers are energetic, knowledgeable and always there to help with any questions or exercise modifications when needed. They provide the “right” amount of push and all are highly motivating. I honestly couldn’t have done it without them. I’ve been to other gyms, but sadly, the results are frequently disappointing. The Results TC Team makes getting healthy and fit fun and highly achievable!Martha Alicia”

1914 P St, Sacramento“I joined 9round Midtown after the Pocket location closed. The schedule of no set times for classes as well as 30 minutes in and out sold me on the program. Owner/trainer Paige is the best and challenges you to push yourself. When I hit the door and see trainer Leah, I know I’m going to sweat. I highly recommend 9round Midtown, Aloha”

“This was a perfect stop on my way back home to San Jose from Lake Tahoe. Popped in on a Strength 50 at my 31st studio the year. Yes, I may have a problem :-) Midtown held up the OTF brand and vibe. The staff was helpful, friendly, and communicated well before I got there. Parking in the attached was free with validation (be sure to tell them your license plate number). The studio was nice and clean and Coach Angel was great.”

1215 Striker Ave #160, Sacramento“Very welcoming and motivating environment. I’m very new to most of the movements required in CrossFit, but all coaches have been extremely patient and supportive as I try to get comfortable and more confident in the workouts.Even though I’m new, I still get in an amazing workout and get to move and exercise parts of my body I wouldn’t be able to plan for on my own.Everyone at the gym has been extremely welcoming and supportive, so if you’re feeling nervous about trying a new gym, or just want to get started with CrossFit, you can feel confident that this place will set you up nicely.”

5049 College Oak Dr Suite G, Sacramento“Warm atmosphere and great coaches. I feel like a lot of time and effort goes into constructing every days workout. I’ve only been working out two weeks but it’s everything I’m looking for. I’m really out of shape so they’re able to scale workouts for any level of fitness and/or injury. I’d recommend anyone looking for consistent workouts to stop by for their free trial class”
“I had a great experience at HIIT X Fitness, the trainers are awesome they make everyone feel welcome! It's a great atmosphere! I would most definitely recommend everyone to go!”
“I love this gym! The people and the atmosphere are great, and I look forward to going to class after work. AJ is always giving me tips and helping with my technique. I’ve been taking class for about 6 months and have definitely gotten stronger and improved my fitness. There is a wide variety of equipment packed into a relatively small area and I'm always impressed with the variety of stuff we do in class.”

10398 Rockingham Dr #9, Sacramento“I think this is far and away the best place to train for a Spartan race or any other fitness goals you may have. Rhoda and her clients are some of the most motivating and fun people that I have ever trained with. Rhoda's sessions are balanced for full body training, and they are always varied in a way that makes them really fun. I have been training with Rhoda for nearly eight years and I have never felt like I was in a fitness rut. No trainer I know of varies training sessions to keep the entire body functional, while at the same time making the sessions really fun. I always leave her trainings feeling as good as I ever feel. You wont find a more knowledgeable or caring trainer. Very, very highly recommended!”
“Ok honest review! So I just completed my 29th class attending Orange theory I started when I was 4 months postpartum . My first class i was nervous and didn’t have any expectations going in I just wanted to kick start my weigh loss journey, little did I know I would become hooked on the workouts and getting push by the coaches to work hard and finish strong. I love it here this location is amazing. Shout out to coach Mary (my fav) she is so dope she pushes me and it works! It makes me want to push myself and I love that for me ! Coach Dharma is also very motivating he always say “ we don’t stop when we are tired we stop when we are finish” or something like that but everytime he says that it reminds me why I am there and that is to reach my fitness goals last but not least coach Keri she is so chill but i love that she checks in after every class and and she is very helpful when you’re on the floor and helps you with your form . The front desk ladies are always smiling and greeting me everytime I walk in and leaving out . I love it here !”

3642 N Freeway Blvd #210, Sacramento“I’ve been coming here for over a month so this review is overdue. I will preface that I’ve never done CrossFit before and haven’t seriously worked out in almost 5 years. First off, Iron Mile has an abundance of classes throughout the day/week that works for pretty much any type of schedule. It has allowed me to come anywhere from 3-5 days a week which is normally pretty difficult with my work schedule. I’ve had classes with several different coaches including Gabi, John, Skyler, Amber, Mason, Izzy, and Ben, all of which who are great and capable of providing a quality experience. With classes being anywhere from 6-10 people on most days, you still feel like you’re getting 1-on-1 training from the coaches, where they make sure you’re using proper and safe techniques. There’s also tons of positive encouragement that bleeds into the member base as well. I’ve never felt uncomfortable working out with individuals who’ve been doing CrossFit for several years and it’s one of the main reasons I keep coming back. Easily, the best gym I’ve been to and I’m excited to put my body to the test and learn more each workout. Unfortunately, I’ll be moving in a few months so I won’t be here long term but this is a gym you can call home if you’re looking for a positive and healthy culture and have goals to improve your health and wellness.”

2701 N St STE C, Sacramento“I love Teamride and every indoor cycling class I attend, as it's always fun, energizing, and challenging. The instructors, staff, and fellow riders are incredibly welcoming, always greeting me with a smile and encouraging me throughout the session. Going to the studio sets a positive tone for the rest of my day, and I've been hooked on Teamride since I started riding in January this year.”

891 57th St, Sacramento“I had so much fun meeting my new PR today in the sumo deadlift at Aquila. I never thought I’d be into lifting, but Justin, and the gym he's created with the amazing team, are so welcoming and supportive. I have told many ppl how amazed and supported I’ve felt at this gym, with there never being any microscopic hint of women being less important because we generally aren’t as strong. So thank you very much Justin for the welcoming space you have created and for your unwavering “yes”-ness today.”

“EVERYONE IS WELCOME! What I love most about the Washington Neighborhood Center is that no matter your background, you feel not only accepted but deemed a valuable member of the community when you walk in. The center has an array of offerings from workshops to classes and wellness-centered activities. It truly is a center for the community to enjoy. I have attended a Cacao workshop there wherein we learned about the origins of cacao and did some cacao tasting. It was so RAD!! It was attended by not only indigenous people but people of all backgrounds and races. This feels like a peaceful place where people can safely learn from each other. I hosted a class on grief there as well! As a teacher, it was an easy process to reserve the space. The staff was incredibly accommodating and even provided water for everyone in the workshop. They even helped me load up my car at the end of it! The environment/vibes are off the charts. Can't express enough that this is a great spot to conduct experiences and experience. Go make some memories here!!”

“If you looking for a trainer that has a 1 program fits all mentality, Gabe at G6 might not be for you. If you are looking for a trainer that understand his clients goals and their capabilities, and will tailor a program to them to achieve maximum results than G6 is the place. As an aging athlete (42) I had some bad habits lifting and kept circling around the same routines from high school / college. Gabe was not only able to correct the bad habits but also give me a complete new set of workouts that still produced results without risking injuring myself. Definitely recommend G6.”
