The worker was nice, but the shop had a moderate reptile funk smell and the enclosures looked poorly maintained (lots of feces, dirty food/water bowls). All of the mealworm containers for purchase had a decent amount of dead/black mealworms in them.

Very friendly and knowledgable staff. Clean store that doesn't smell poorly (like some other reptile stores can). It is obvious that the employees and owners of this establishment CARE about all of their creatures.

The way they care for their animals is so great I take the 20 extra minutes each week just to go their and get my feeders from them these are my two snakes I got from them

I wish I can rate zero stars. Upon arrival,Riley; front desk employee, was extremely rude. The entire time my family had many questions in regards to reptiles as we take extreme interests In these beautiful specimens. Riley spent great time on his phone, with no effort to support customer service. I hope the owner of this beautiful store takes leadership in assembling a friendly/knowledgeable team who takes pride with reptiles.

I bought my sister a Sulcata from here (first time tortoise owners and we're still learning). The cashier was super nice, helpful and knowledgeable. He was patient with my questions and helped me pick out the baby tortoise. My sister got the tortoise sick so I called this place because the cashier says we're welcomed to call anytime if we need advice or help. Hands down, they care about their reptiles and recommended us two different pet clinics for exotic animals. We were able to take it to the vet and give it antibiotics. Totally recommend this place for anyone who want a tortoise.

Good quality enclosures, reptiles and arachnids. Great supplies as well. Owner gave us a tour in the back and really is nice.

Very clean store, all animals appeared very healthy, PVC cages made there looked very professional and durable (I would definitely buy one if I weren't moving back to Georgia). Riley was awesome! I wa sin there with one of my kids just looking and we had a great conversation! Employees at other stores cut the conversation short when you aren't buying, but we talked for a good bit. I definitely recommend this store!

Shop was awesome. Very clean and the animals looked well taken care of. Riley was absolutely amazing. We were kind of a pain because we wanted to surprise our son with a snake for his birthday and he was with us when we went in. Riley seriously went above and beyond to help keep it a surprise. The snake we got is absolutely beautiful. I’m would 100% recommend coming here for a reptile.

Just purchased a juvenile bearded dragon for my son and within the first two days noticed a popping sound when breathing and that it was very labored. Already having to spend money on antibiotics and vet visits due to being sold a sick beardie. Disappointing.
