No one in Management cares to do their job. The property is in serious need of maintenance. From roofing, gutters to parking, walls, siding, you name it it is seriously neglected. As long as you don't complaint you live at peace. Patios are falling apart. Sad place to call home.

I’m very disappointed in these apartments because for one they raised the rent, we have rats, and roaches, mind you the rats run from in and out the air conditioner to the water heater out on the back patio, along with in the roofs, when we want something fixed you have to ask plenty of times. They don’t clean the pool, the hot tub literally stinks, mind you we have two pools and their both dirty, and keep one locked at all times. This is disgusting and sad especially since they raised the rent.

I lived here for 5 years and I loved it. The leasing office staff, Monica and Cinda, were always sweet and helpful. I definitely recommend these apartments!

These apartments have a great location. Stores, banks, and fast food places are in walking distance. Public transportation is easily accessible. The apartments themselves are a bit run down, but that's to be expected since this place is over 20 years old. The environment is reasonably quiet. They are safe. I left my Patio door open all night and front door. There were no burglaries. I would give this place five stars but most of the people are not that neighborly, and the kids are unruly at times. Also, the litter bugs keep the grounds dirty.

This is a terrible place my brothers car got stolen on their property and they said they don’t have no cameras near by but when I was walking in the side gate where my brother car got stolen I saw cameras and I know for a fact it works ! But they aren’t trying to help us find out who did it they need more security or something I wouldn’t recommend moving here because they never have available parking and I don’t ever see security move here if you guys want y’all cars stolen because there’s been several car breaking into and they did nothing about it and now look my brother car got stolen

Hands down the best placed me my family have called home . Maintenance does a great job and all the staff are awesome, Haven’t had any problems with Greenhaven oaks apartments. If your looking for you next place to call home look no further this is the one !

I've been here a couple years and its always been a quiet clean neighborhood. The trees are constantly dropping leaves or pollen and make cell reception go in and out, but not much can be done about that. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They throw these great parties a few times a year, the kids really love the halloween one. So sad they can't do one this year because of covid.

I really like this place! I have been a tenant since March. The place is very clean, well maintained...beautiful actually. The laundry rooms were just upgraded and are always clean. Security drives through all night long. The only complaint I have is with my neighbor parking in my spot. It's been an ongoing issue and I've had to have the car towed. Hopefully it stops! Other than that, the place is great. I haven't interacted with staff too much but they seem friendly!

I applied at greenhaven oaks. Cinda was friendly and very attentive to all my concerns.i moved in 4 days later. Which goes to show they are affection. I did put in a work order a day later it took a 3rd visit to the office and Monica the manager to get the work order looked at, but she was quick and caring. She had maintenance in my apartment in 10 minutes. They order the necessary parts to complete the order. There is a lot of work being done around the entire community. The grounds are keep clean. I can see that there is a turnaround trying to happen here. I can say and see management is trying to make a turn for the best. Which is more than I can say from other places. Thank you Monica, Cinda and maintenance. For addressing my concerns. 130

I haven't had any issues here it Is a great neighborhood I've only stayed here for a year but i haven't had any issues ! Will definitely renew my lease
