Damien did a wonderful job overhauling my 1980s lime green bike, which had been neglected for a while. I really appreciate the care and precision that went into the repairs and upgrades - it rides like a new bike and it looks great! I would definitely recommend anyone in Pocket to come to the Neighborhood Bike Shop for purchases or repairs. You will be treated kindly and honestly by expert professionals.

Ok ok, I get it, you over price things to make a little more here and there, but come on, by this amount? You must really think low of people coming through the door, also, for the love of all that is holly, fix your attitude people, a customer is a customer, even if it's my teenage nephew that walked in a couple minutes after me who I spend money on, if a person is curious about something, don't be rude, and don't ruin sometimes hobby, be respectful, pull your head out of your rear and answer a damn question, in the past 15 years I've been here countless times and don't even know how much I spend. I'm not going there any longer, if you can't answer a question coming from a kid, thinking you won't make money off him, you are in the wrong business!!! Rude!!!

I love this shop! They're upfront with costs of repairs and keep me informed about the status of my bike. I've purchased three adult trikes here, which I've also been very happy with. I've also had them assemble bikes I've purchased online. They are knowledgeable, helpful, and reliable!

To whom it may concern (preferably the owner),I normally do not complain, however, this customer (dis)service needs to be addressed. I have been going to this store since 2019. I spent $1500.00 on a new bike there. I also bought all the add-ons and have my bike serviced there regularly as well.Today, Wednesday (06/21), @ 2:30 I stopped in and politely asked the attendant to please check the air pressure in my tires. He was extremely rude and told me he was busy, come back another time and that he charges $12.00 do check air pressure.I've never been charged for this in 4 years. I assume he is relatively new as I didn't recognize him or know his name. I would hate to have to go elsewhere to service my bike especially since I bought it at this store which is in my neighborhood.I hope this issue can be resolved. Until then, I will not be supporting this store or company.very offended,-Thom Karopoulos

Great service! The employees were very helpful and very polite. Once I told them what I needed they instantly knew what I needed. Great 5 stats!

The guy working the front was very condescending and rude. Came in excited to fix up our old high school bikes, but when we asked questions or were asked things we didn't know (like whether we have road tires, or what kind of handles the bike has) we were met with condescending remarks. Not everyone who comes in is going to be knowledgeable about bikes, and it's not fun to be treated like your d*** for not knowing specialized things when you're trying to support a local business. The whole time we were in there he also was more preoccupied talking with another customer (seemed like a regular or coworker) who was also condescending about us not knowing bike specific terms. As soon as we left the store, the guy working put a be right back sign up and locked the door which seemed odd too. We're going to give the place another try, as we were able to find what we needed. But I really hope they focus more on customer service!

I took my bike in because it was having shifting problems. There was only one person working in the shop and he stopped what he was doing, looked my bike over, made some adjustments, put air in my tires, and I was out the door in 5 minutes. He didn't even charge me! What wonderful service! Thank you for being so neighborly! I will be back!!

Awesome bike shop in the greenhaven area! My friend walked in for a true 5 minutes in and out tightened his hubs too and guess what? IT WAS FREE!!! I came in for my brake hose to be shortened and it was done in 1 day and they bled it too have been working amazing since. They also tuned my gears for a really good price. I wouldn't think twice going to another bike shop this one is just awesome!

Mike is so friendly and helpful. He always works hard to get my bike running great for a fair price, with a quick turnaround. No attitude or gate keeping, just an obvious love of bikes. Ask him to show you what he's currently restoring it's always something fun, and he often rides his current project into the shop. This little shop punches way above it's weight as part of a small locally-owned collection of Neighborhood Bike Shops with more inventory and expertise than you might expect from a small shop. (even if the name is a little on the nose).

Greenhaven Neighborhood Bike Shop, Great customer service. Went in March 1, 2022 looking for a Trek FX Disc. Michael explained the difference between the sizes and models (FX1, FX2 and FX3). He answered ALL my questions. Adjusted the seat several times (up, back, and tilt) until it felt absolutely correct for my size and shape. Just before I paid for it he asked "are there any other questions?" Truly great customer service. And I am really happy with a bike that fits me.

I came in to buy a part for a rim instead of ordering on Amazon. I tried to start a conversation with the repairman. He asked what I needed and I tried to explain the part I needed by showing him on a part that was on the counter. He said are you sure this the bike had this part (sarcastically) of course it wasn't. He just stayed behind the counter away from the front desk. I told him I don't know the name of the part which he replied I need the name of the part so I can help you. He said bring the part or show me a picture. If he only stoped to help or brought overthrow part or rim I would have bought the part. You can buy a rim online without the attitude. Jessie you should talk to your employee don't lose business to bad customer service.
