I don't understand how these guys get bad reviews for service. They've always been super helpful and courteous when I'm there.Just bought a few dozen Grove Bags and they were friendly and nice.

I really can't rate this store up against another store like it because this is the only store of this type that I've been to. What I will say is anything that I have needed It's been there and any questions that I've had. They have been answered.

These guys are #1. I have been coming here for over 10 years and will continue. Curt is the man! The Greenfire staff is extremely knowledgeable, outgoing, and friendly. Enough cannot be said about this organization. Keep it up!

Terrible customer service every time I've been here. Workers are either annoyed, don't want to work, or don't want to be there. One of the three. They actually go out of there way just to not help people LOL. I suggest ordering supplies online or from one of the many other stores in Sacramento. Everyone here thinks they're better than their customers even though they're working at a retail store. I guess I would be unhappy too doing that for a living. Only way they could still be in business is if they're growing in the back, I suggest someone checks them out. Very weird behavior at this store.

They always have the products I want in stock. Prices are a little high but I like supporting them because they are still a small shop and not corporate owned.
