This place is probably the worst goodwill in the area. There's no cool stuff anymore and everything is mediocre and expensive. Lines are always like 10 people long because they are too cheap to have more than like one guy. The bathrooms are always 'out of order' and the staff is rude at all times. Not worth coming here when there are two much better goodwill in Roseville 10 minutes away.

$6.99 for a T-shirt I can get at Michael’s for 2.99. You get donated items and are there to help support people in need and you price goug. The store is dirty and the shelf’s piled with stuff. I never shop here again.

Alright for being second hand store..craft,seasonal and toy isles are a mess..sometimes workers block isles with the cart for stocking

Very clean and not busy. Great selection of elementary curriculum. Books start at $2 but can’t imagine going as high as $4.99 on some used books.

I went into this goodwill today for the 3rd time. I did not like the atmosphere at all. The staff is really unprofessional here. They were treating customers very poorly. Then when I went to the fitting room to try on clothes, you can only try on 6 items at a time which is a big hassle and then they kept trying to rush me out when I'm a paying customer that spent $97 dollars. Then when I went to check out I got hassled for not " smiling" I had to sit and explain in front of a line of people that it's been a bad year for me that my beautiful son passed away and then 8 months later my big brother. Is it goodwills business if I smile? I wasn't rude at all I just don't feel like smiling. I think the prices are down right outrageous. One of the items I bought had the original price on it from dd's discount for $2.99 they had it taped hiding it and charged me $4.99 I mean you got this for free why rip off poor people? I won't waste my time going there anymore. They have mostly Walmart crap there and nothing designer like what customers are looking for that don't have a lot of money. There was a lot of talk about drugs in there around children. This is a very ghetto location. I'll go somewhere else thank you .

Store service was good but it's the same old problem out back where you leave donations. They leave the donation carts and other donations outside so all the street people can steel what they want. What happened to the sorting of donations when your not busy

I used to shop at this Goodwill store because it's close to my house, not anymore. I never had a problem returning something especially if it was broken. One day I was shopping for baking pans. I had specifically asked a gentleman that if I was duplicating any pan(either myself or my sister, she needed a medium size pan) if I could return them. He said yes, no problem. Well, that's exactly what happened. When I returned to get my money back, I was told that they had changed policies. To make a long story shorter, they should have put a notice on the door or emailed customers that you have 5 days to return items. I was one day late!!! They lost a loyal customer
