Great store! Especially the donation center; the employees make it super quick and easy to drop off items. The donation center has slightly different hours than the store so just call to make sure they’re accepting donations.

If you want to catch a communicable disease go to this goodwill. They do not manage who comes in so you’ll find empty containers of food in the fitting rooms, men walking around with their pants halfway on and not in a fashionable way, smears of who knows what on shelves and mirrors. It’s really bad. They have some decent items thanks to the East Sac resident donations but you better wear gloves! Eww.

Decent store, just here to laugh at the absurdity of pricing a tube of used tennis balls for $5.99 when the exact balls cost $3.50 new. The dumbest thing I've seen in my entire life. Hilariously clownish behaviour.

A lot of folks are downsizing before a move, after a move, cleaning the closet. The Goodwill, centrally located in midtown, is a great place for donations. Drive slowly through the alley, stop, and Lamanz, Goodwill's experienced warehouse employee, will help sort out your STUFF. He is courteous, and there is no judgment. He and the employees there know what they can accept and what they can't. And the store is big. There's parking if you want to venture in and have a look.

Doesn't take donations for 30 mins because of a truck in the back. Pretty simple. Go to another location for easier drop off.

In my opinion, this goodwill has a great collection of womans clothing. It seems like everytime I shop here I find so many great items to add to my wardrobe!

Good deals , friendly staff. Some of the items are a little outdated. They should clear out some of the old inventory. Can find some good items when they get new shipments.

I was in there yesterday and a man asked me to use my phone, I shouldn't have but I did. He began asking me very invasive questions about my martial status. I felt uncomfortable with his questions and what he was doing on my phone. I found a male employee and asked him for help he said, "what do you want me to do. Call the police or something." Okay.... The man that used my phone was still harassing me and lingering around the store. The employee I spoke to then for some reason informed me that he did not have gun, implying that I wanted this man shot. Which is absolutely insane, and a weird thing to tell someone. He also lied that he was the only security in the store which he was not. It's just crazy to me that people can be harassed in that store and it's no concern of employees working there. Thanks for nothing.
