Worst experience in every aspect. Starting from the most horrible customer service I’ve ever experienced to lying on receipts about purchases. They treat customers like downright trash and talk back when you ask a simple request. They ran out of certain type of piroshki and during the couple seconds it took me to decide which other ones to choose, the cashier told me to hurry up because others are waiting in the most nasty tone. Another time I went there they made fun of me for asking them what was inside of the piroshki. Like really? You are not in Ukraine anymore..nobody in the US treats their customers like this. Upon arriving at home I checked my receipt and realized they added an additional item worth $10 which I haven’t even purchased! Overall the staff needs to be properly trained on how to treat their customers and stop rolling their eyes at every question they get asked. Not sure maybe this is only how they treat their Slavic customers but once again you are NOT in Ukraine anymore!

Today we bought a cake and chocolate from this store. The cake is delicious, moderately sweet, but the chocolate is expired. It's a pity. Dear merchandiser, please keep an eye on the expiration dates of the products the store sells.

I got a nice size of tiramisu cake that could have been for 3 people. It is weighed; 9.99 a pound and let me tell you, it's worth it!! Tons of cakes and cookies to choose from!! I'll be back!!

Interesting store! Nice deli, with some traditional European products you won't find easily anywhere else! Fresh baked breads, smoked meats, fish, and cheeses, sliced to order. The bakery also has some beautiful cakes. It's also fun using Google lens, for real time translation of foreign words into your language of choice, on package labels! Real Star Trek quality sci fi type stuff, Google!

This review is based off of the bakery items we have had only, we hope to return soon to try other items like their hot food items. This place has tons of bakery items to choose from, they all look delicious! Each time we have gone in, the workers are more than happy to answer any questions and explain what the items are. Their tiramisu is a must try! Most of their cakes you can buy by the slice or purchase the whole cake. Each item we have tried so far has been great, lots of different flavors and moist!

This store improved so much!!!! I love that it's clean, employees are always friendly, greet with smiles. The best part about this store is that it has hot deli where there is a variety of hot food. Great selection of items. Their bread counter with variety of breads is great,too. This store cakes and pastry always tastes delicious.

Some new rude employees recently. I used to come here for the food, but I don't need to feel targeted here just by the language I speak. There's plenty of other East European stores in the area. I hope the owners get more picky on personalities they hire.
