If I could gave them -10 stars I would. HORRIBLE Customer service!!!! They Take your money and never return it back. Manager Extremely Rude. I asked him: when I was buying jeans if I can later return it ? And he said Yes, but he Lied . I came back next day to return my money. He said it is Exchange only! NO MONEY BACK.I was mad. I said WHAT?? You just Told me yesterday that you can return it, He said that is Not my responsibility to tell you or explain to you anything,. EXTREMELY RUDE Unpleasant manager I have EVER deal with.

If exclusive underground (formerly) street culture brands like A Bathing Ape (BAPE), Be@rbrick, Billionaire Boys Club, The Marathon Clothing (TMC) and Supreme ring any bells for you. Then this is the place for you. I haven't been to the mall probably since pre-covid and so many place have moved, or completely closed up. And I'd actually come here with my girlfriend to check out another store, and out of know where I see these 2 foot Be@rbrick figures in a glass display at the entrance of the store. And because of their size and what I know them to be, they immediately caught my attention and I had to see what store would have these. Once inside you see a selection of everything from shoes and skateboards to your left, to accessories like hats, beenies, wallets, and glasses to your right. With shelves and walls full of the street brands previously mentioned. Good Stock gave me the old feelings and vibes of stores like Getta Clue from back in the days. Good Stock has a very nostalgic urban/hip-hop and streetwear vibe to it, for the kid who's in the know or that adult who's still young at heart. Staff was also very friendly, asked if if we needed any help or had any questions, and also let us know about the sales that were going on at the time. Also as a heads up, the brands that are in stock don't release clothing in the same quantities as more commonly known brands. And their clothing is commonly released in a "batch". So if you don't get something in the store as they get it, you more likely won't be able to get it there again. I realized this when a shirt I wanted was the only one left and it was in a 2XL. I automatically figured it was the last one, and they probably wouldn't get it again....so be on the look out!

As a Veteran, 4 years USMC. I highly recommend do NOT purchases anything from this store. I tried being fair, calm and collective, but this store is by far the worst. Very poor quality clothes. So I decided to purchases a Pants from Goodstock and then within that days, this pants ripped as I sat down. I decided to fix it myself, as you can see from the photo but then as soon as I walk, it ripped again. My wife told me to return it. that following weekend, I went back to the Store and asked them if i could return the pants or exchange or anything. At that time, the Manager was not present, only two store worker. (male, black, and extremely not helpful). They simply said, there's nothing they can't do. So I asked if I could get the Manager Phone Number, and they said nope. So I have decided to take my loss and warned other people NOT TO BUY ANYTHING from Goodstocks, for they do not care, the moment you buy something, you lost. -Sergeant Vang, Kevin.

I'm not happy at all with your exchange policy. I recently bought a pair of shorts that had gold letters on the bottom. I followed the washing instructions on the tag but the letters fell off. I called last night and explainded to the girl what happen. She pretty much told me it was my loss and that you guys have nothing to do with that and that is on the designer of the brand. She said once warn or washed we don't exchange anything and that I should check with the designer website exchange policy and see if they can help. I'm having a hard time believing you guys are selling something that has a defect about them and won't help me. I paid good money for these shorts with confidants of being able to wear them and wash them several times but now I'm scared to ever buy anything from your store again which is sad because I think its a great store but this type for policy in place is a great turn off. I get that your company is small but this is the type of thing will stunt your company's growth. Most people will rather buy something from a larger company with peace of mind that if there is something wrong with the merchandise, they are able to take it back with no problems at all.
