Me multiple times with the cuticle cutter and the nail filer. He filed over the cut again and made it bleed twice.

I came for a quick upper lip wax since I was in the area. I called ahead of time to make sure they had time for it as well. I had searched for the prices online before I headed in and I seen it was $10. A bit overpriced but I was willing to pay. When I got there they were pretty quick to take me in. The lady who took me in asked what I was getting and proceeded to tell me it would be $15? I told her that it was $10 on the website and she told me that they've changed their prices but she accommodated to $10. This kind of set a bad impression because why have a certain price posted on the website and change it once I'm in store? I'm not sure if she was trying to overcharge for a tip or if they actually changed their prices but $15 for an upper lip wax is waaaay too much. That should be at least $5-$7. Overall, it was quick and it was a good job but I don't think I'd go back again.

Went in yesterday for a gel manicure and pedicure. I haven’t had my nails done in years, so I didn’t quite know what to expect. They didn’t try to upsell me on any packages. They were fast, efficient, professional and kind. I chose a sheer color and they wanted to show me how sheer it was before starting so I could change my mind if that wasn’t what I was imagining, which was really nice. My toes and nails were done at the same time by different people, so I was in and out pretty quickly. My nails look fantastic. I’ll definitely go here if I ever want them done again.

Very disappointed- the lady did not want to do my nails short and she was hesitant . She made a comment they were too short. Because she did not want to do them she did not take the time to compare the length of my right hand to the left hand. My right hand nails are longer than my left hand. She also did not paint the entire nails and there are corners and edges on both hands that have no nail polish . Will not be returning

The people were friendly however I got gel on my nails about a week or so ago within days my polish started cracking, lifting and peeling. I went in today for them to fix them which they did however it hasn't even been 8 hours since I was there and my thumbs polish has lifted off and I'm left with this atrocious nail that's sticky underneath. I'm going to reach out and request a refund for the service or see what else could be done to fix the situation

Love this place! Not only do they provide excellent nail services, but they are so personable and took great care of my elderly sick mother as if she were their own mom.

Unless you go to someone you know specific, don't come here. Went here since my regular girl wasn't available and I immediately regret it. My nails look horrible and paid $45 for a fill. Likely will get them redone when my girl is available. EXTREMELY disappointed.

First time there yesterday & I loved the service I received. My nails were done by Ken! I told him the color and design I wanted and without me even telling him, he cut and shaped my nails the way I wanted! I love the outcome!

everyone was super nice but Tom was very rough with my feet snd nails even after me asking him to be soft he just looks at. He wasn't very nice and my nails definitely wasn't worth 70 dollars

I went to this place yesterday for a new holiday set thinking since I had been there before it was a good place to go. I don't have a regular manicurist that I see at this location. Yesterday the man who did my nails literally butchered my fingertips. He cut me in more than one place and left my finger sore and bloody! The only reason I gave them two starts was because the set did turn out cute and the price wasn't bad but the service was brutal!!!! I feel like if I get cut and end up bleeding that a discount should be offered because these people are supposed to be trained in this industry and the training should teach them how not leave open wounds on their customers

I came in for a manicure and pedicure. The manicure with dip powder on my natural nails, no design just basic color came out to $55!! I couldn't belive it, especially the fact that I came in 3 weeks ago for a dip powder manicure and they added tips and it was $40. I tried to give this place a try as I really liked it the first time but I will stick to my orginal salon that doesn't raise prices within 3 weeks.

They’ve never let me down, any tech I get has always met my expectations. I usually do my fill and a pedicure and have never had any issues! Love them!
