The tellers at this location have always been very helpful and kind to me. I've been a member with Golden 1 for 6 years. Today I came with my sister to help her set up an account. NOW I'M CONSIDERING CLOSING MY ACCOUNT. She wasn't able to open an account online. One of the specialists told us that there was someone on break and that they would help us afterward in about 15 more minutes after we'd been waiting for 20. Three other specialists were busy taking care of people who had appointments or arrived before us. 30-45 minutes later he returns from HIS "break" with 30 minutes to close (we had arrived an hour earlier to this) asks for our the application number we were not able to generate the day prior and then told us there wasn't enough time to help us. WHO TAKES A 45 MINUTE BREAK IN THE LAST HOUR OF THE WORK DAY? Very unprofessional treatment, a waste of our time, and a waste of Golden 1's payroll.

Good service in the regular banking line, and the line moves quickly even when it's long. Make an appointment for non-teller services.
Since some services require quite a bit of time, be prepared to not have access to a restroom. Don't know why they don't have a public restroom anymore.

This particular location always has a line of a dozen+ people and I’ve never seen more than 2 people at the windows. Usually just 1 person. Avoid if at all possible.

Crashed and ate my card AGAIN! It’s 6am in the morning on Sunday, no customer service until 9 hehe, ridiculous, can’t even file report or get help.

Went to get some change for my small business, but because I didn't have an account with the them they would not give me change. Only needed a hundred dollars worth. What is this world coming to. My family banks here.

There is never enough tellers to take care of customers. Always on break when there is long lines of customers waiting to be helped this bank sucks when it comes to efficiency

Every time I come to this branch there are only 2 tellers available with a bunch of staff walking around. The tellers have excellent customer service but waiting 45min to an hour to make a transaction is ridiculous. It takes me 5 to 10 minutes at my other bank??.

Please get more workers idk if it’s the same damn 2 workers or not but why the hell do we have to be in the same spot in line for an hour before even moving. NO WAY!!!!! This company makes money, act like It!!!!! I’m changing BANKS ASAP!!!!

Every time I come in this bank it’s only 2 tellers and a long line of people , the tellers do too much talking instead of just handling business and moving on. Not to mention it’s all senior citizens in line every time! My mom walks with a cane, no elder wants to be waiting around for a whole hour to be seen just to get a cashier check. WE WILL BE SWITCHING BANKS

DO NOT GO TO THIS ATM ALONE EVEN IN THE DAY. THE MENTALLY UNWELL UNHOUSED ARE USING IT TO ROB PEOPLE. 3 WOMAN WERE ROBBED THERE ONE CAR STOLEN. TODAY. LADIES PROTECT YOURSELF.

The teller Logan was a prude. Had an attitude and every excuse not to DO HIS JOB. Wrong customer, I know exactly what I can and cannot get done at this bank. Stop being lazy just because you don’t want to do anything!

I've been banking here for years and it's only getting worse! The lines are tremendously long and only 3 tellers are available.
