I walked in to pay for a band resize and they did it for free and wouldn’t let me pay them. They treated me very kindly and could have let me pay them for something so trivial but they chose to be kind. I recommend this family owned shop.

I lost a diamond from my 3 month old engagement ring. Gillian’s not only repaired it, but also a clasp on my Aunt’s diamond ring at such a reasonable price. My old ring looks like brand new. They are so knowledgeable!He suggested to come in every 6 months or so to get the prongs checked. Thank you so much!

This watch repair shop is first-rate. I brought in two bracelets that I could not wear because one was broken and the other was too big for my wrist. They were able to fix both of them. Both pieces were ready quickly and the cost was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this business.

I came into this establishment to find some extra screws for my watch that fell out. The staff were extremely friendly and promptly started working on my watch. Within about 10 minutes they had my watch fixed with new screws and gave me 2 replacements, all for free! They insisted I did not need to pay them. Service like this is hard to come by these days. This will definitely be my to-go place for my watch servicing from now on. I highly recommend.

They're the Best... and they don't F around. They've taken care of a couple of my other watches for years. I have a lifetime battery replacement for my Swiss Army watch from Jared on Arden Way. Well, apparently the older gentleman at Jared didn't know what he was doing or he is blind, he gave me back my watch and said it just needed the time set. Ok, I took it home and then noticed the Crown was stuck. I panicked and later decided to take it to Gilian. Apparently the Case Ring was put back backwards. (If I remember his name) Paulie replaced the O-ring, did something else, cleaned it up and put it back together correctly... no charge.

On holiday, had an issue with my Seamaster in the water and the owner was very happy to assist and advise, he opened it up to check it and wouldn't even take my money.

Gillian is the best! I've sent him watch repairs for the last 6-7 years and he's never been anything but phenomenal. He's honest and will tell me openly what repairs can be done and how much time/money it will cost. He'll work on the cheap AND the hyper expensive pieces with the same vigor. I learned he went to Watch Repair and Jewelers School in the early 70s and it definitely shows! The man has seen everything you can throw at him!
