This is honestly one of the worse best buy in the Sacramento. The service sucks and the shelves are empty. I bought a screen protector and paid to get it installed and nobody installed it. I waited 10 minutes, i was asked twice if i need help and when i said yes the employees would just blankly stare at me for 30 seconds saying umm and then telling me i'll be right back. the same employee would just go walk around a little bit come back to my area, walk past me and say nothing.

This store is NOT the best buy that I became familiar with back in the day. I showed up there two weeks ago to buy a fridge. The store was dirty, dingy, smelly, dark, and staffed by the worst of the worst ! They have clearly lost their place in the hierarchy of Sacramento Appliance retailers. The refrigerator that I purchased with Cash arrived Damaged. The soonest they would deliver another one was over THIRTY days Away. Are You Kidding Me?? Stay The Hell Away From This Dump If You Value Your Money!

On our last visit we walked in and I was immediately hit with a weird smell. I can't tell exactly what it was, musty maybe, but it didn't make me want to stay long. It definitely didn't smell clean, fresh or even like electronics. Other than the smell, we had stopped in to get some water purifiers for our fridge and were able to find what we needed. We browsed a couple other sections but nothing caught our attention. I will say that while some areas seemed low stocked, the staff was on top of things. We were asked a couple times if we needed any help and when we got in line a few employees jumped on registers to help get people out faster. They have ample parking in the lot and the selection is fine. Pricing can be iffy compared to other stores, so do your research. I would suggest they get a few fans in there or maybe have a crew clean the carpets to help it freshen up a bit. Overall a fine visit.

They were extremely rude, shelves are always bare, and the selection is all the way in the back. It's confusing, and they refused to let my husband purchase a Wacom because they said that he was helping other people, two customers at the same time and to go somewhere else. What is wrong with the customer service and the lack of products?

Service. Items sold through Best Buy are not serviced by Best Buy. What could have been a a quick service call, has now become a conundrum. Where do I take it ?? I haven't recommended that anyone buy their items at Best Buy.

You have the worst customer service ever never fails every single Best Buy that I go to Same freaking thing that's ridiculous and insane. I'm extremely mad because your Customer Service sucks. I don't understand how business like that can be running the worst specially the one on Arden Way.

I'm an experienced BestBuy consumer. Over the course of the years I have bought 2 ovens and 1 microwave. A sound bar. Each and every unit bought malfunctioned or broke not lasting long. 2 caused damage to my home. A Samsung oven I bought from them caught on fire. Samsung took care of the bill. I thought ok nothing of BestBuy at the time. I then bought a GE CAFE oven. The unit malfunctioned right away requiring service. A bunch of parts replaced. Still malfunctioned. GE replaced it. Currently I have a GE microwave bought from Bestbuy that burned up popcorn. Week prior it also malfunction delayed popping but then popped. It also has been overheating food. It's only 2 yrs old. Over the range micro. It caused smoke damage to my home. I'm in the middle of that nightmare claim. Then the soundbar I bought from them 4 yrs ago died. I see a trend. I will never buy appliances or electronics from BestBuy pretty much I'm not shopping here no more. Something strange going on. Their delivery services are horrible and damage items where you have to reject it and request another one. My guess is they mishandle product and it's getting damaged.

I recently visited this location with a sister friend who was purchasing a computer monitor, as we walked in the store she spotted the one she was interested which was right in the front of the store, as she inspected the item , a young man Adrian came right over to help us , he grabbed the item , took it to the register, helped my friend reinstate her Best Buy account and helped us to the car with the Monitor! In and Out in less than 12 minutes ... Outstanding customer service, friendly and knowledgeable! My sister friend also left her driver license at the register and he called her right away so she could double back before we hit the highway , He came outside as she pulled up and brought the license which was awesome because she recently had hip surgery , so a lot of walking can be a little much for her... Give that young man raise!! Would I patronize this location again, absolutely ! The prices are good and outstanding Customer service is everything !

This is my go-to place when I need a wall mount for a TV in a hurry and believe it or not it happens more often than I would hope for. They have a great selection of mounting hardware and their signature line is high quality and very reasonably priced. I always order it on line and pick it up in-store. I have tried the curbside service twice - and BOTH times it was a mess. So now I just run in - go straight to the counter, pick it up, and out the door within TWO Minutes. I

Horrible service. I went in to purchase an Amazon fire-stick. The employees were all huddled up to talk to one another and appeared non-approachable. They even made eye contact with me and went back to conversations with their fellow co-workers. I took the box up to the front cashier, Aaliyah. I told her I didn't know what was inside the box and nobody was helping me. I asked her if I could open the box and verify. She told me I had to buy the box in order to know what's inside. I asked her if she would refund me if it were the incorrect one. She said yes. So, per her advice, I open the box and it was the wrong one. Then, she went to do the return, however did not refund me my money. I called the number to reach the store and it went to this incredibly difficult to understand call center. They indicated that there would be a refund process digitally based on an email that I have provided. However, I had not provided an email and inquired what they meant by that. Then the person on the call center hung up. When I called back the next person at the call center also could not help me because this purchase and return was not connected to an account that was registered with Best Buy. They gave me the phone number to headquarters, and when I called them, they were closed. I will never shop at Best Buy ever again.

Best Buy has the most Incompetent employees. An employee will tell you they don't have it in stock and not offer to order. However, if you speak to employee, they can Oder it. Also, ordered sn Action figure, paid for it and mysteriously it gets cancelled with no notification to me. My grandson is now short a Christmas gift. iNCOMPETENT STAFF!!!!

This review applies to this location, and the company. Best Buy provides a convenient service online, where you can provide them with links to a product and they will tell you whether or not that item is able to be price matched! So convenient and helpful. I used this service to see if a computer mouse was eligible and was informed that it was indeed eligible for price match! I was also able to send the transcript of this conversation to myself, so I have proof of what I was told. I drove to this location (45 minutes away not including traffic), because they had my item in stock, and was told by the staff that my item was in fact not eligible for price match. I asked to speak with a manager as I drove from so far maybe they could make an exception because it was a Best Buy employee who had made a mistake and told me that my item was eligible. Unfortunately, the staff and manager just kept reciting the policy and that this other employee was mistaken and there's nothing they could do. Not so much as an apology on behalf of the company. If the store wasn't so far, and this error wasn't the fault of one of the companies staff I wouldn't make a fuss about it... I will absolutely be escalating my feedback directly to Best Buy as well. Tl;dr Don't expect any customer service, this is a cut and dry transaction based store.
