The staff was not welcoming during our shopping. Asked politely, if they’ll have any good deals on their full price range during Black Friday. The staff responded with sarcastic attitude. Customer service 101 treat all your Customer with respect. Not a sarcastic attitude. No one was wearing name tags either.

It's a mall, what do you expect LOL. Parking is usually easy to find, just remember where you parked! The food isn't memorable, but it gets the job done. Prices are slightly higher than what you would like, and the people are ok. I have seen sketchy stuff on the news, but I personally have never seen anything crazy while there. If you need gifts, need a walk, want to window shop, or need a change of vibe, then come explore Arden mall. There is some cool wall art to at least entertain your eyes. There is also a kid area where they can play, just bring hand sanitizer.

Lifelong Sacramentan here. It is hard to watch this mall die its slow death. Especially for no reason. Iy would be a hub again if it was safe to shop at. This was the place to be in 60, 70, 80s and 90s. Especially when they remodeled in the early 90s. But it has gone the way of Florin mall, for the same reasons. All in the name of "equity". It's weird to see the upper half of Macys walled off to prevent the shoplifting. It is also one way less to run and duck away when the equity kids start their barbaric shooting. It sucks to make your kids have to walk through drug smoke when entering or exiting. CA law mandates no smoking 25 ft from a door or a public office or retail door. That encompasses marijuana, fentanyl and crack smoke. Meanwhile we lose more stores and have to drive to Roseville or Folsom malls. I don't why Arden Fair Mall security doesn't enforce the laws. About drugs, or gangs, or stealing or murdering people. But I guess enforcing the rules of society is racist. Equity does not mean equality. Their "equity" just brings everyone else down to the lowest level. Pop into Barnes and Noble and buy a dictionary. Learn the difference between equity and equality.

Most people I've talked to tell me Arden Mall is ghetto. I mean, yes. But ignoring the shootings that have happened, I think its an ok mall . I mean, I have only been there once, but I'm unsure how it is the time I'm not there. As of now, there is mostly a lot of hypebeast stores and clothing stores around that type of style. If you're down with that, then I would say you could shop here. It's relatively small compared to the Westfield Galleria. To be honest, I think (besides the good boba spot) the food selection is mid too. You should probably think of eating outside of the mall after you're done shopping. Overall, the mall...it's ok. Feel free to try it out, but I would recommend the Westfield Galleria in Roseville. Arden Mall isn't really the type of mall to frequent like the Roseville Galleria is.

Malls have taken a hit in recent years due to online ordering, the pandemic and changing cultural trends. We've seen stores close and crowds have thinned. Yet Arden Mall is still a sweet and welcoming environment, with its fun little shops, food court and lovely carousel. We still go there often and when we do, we leave uplifted.

The wife and I decided to drive an hour to shop at the mall and get in the holiday spirit. We were very disappointed to find out that the only xmas decorations they did were the xmas tree. The one thing they use to make money. We decided to wait till we have time to go to the Galleria in Roseville to do our xmas shopping. Didn't want to spend our money here.

Decent selection but absolutely none of the employees looked like they wanted to be there. Incredibly frowny and disinterested when helping me and some of my friends.

Oh man.....Arden Fair Mall.... Been here a LONG time. My wife and I used to live 1 mile down near Cal Expo when we first moved to Sac in 2000. We loved it cuz we never really had a big mall in Chico. Chico Mall is small. Lol. We used to shop, eat like weekly back in the days. Traffic was always bad. During one Xmas, my wife insisted we go shopping for Xmas gifts. Never again. Some fool stole my parking spot while I was waiting for it. I lost my s**** Won't go into details but I told her I would never drive on any busy weekend/holiday ever again. F**k that. Truth. Even on a weekday. I would come for free preview screenings and learned fast to drive near Best Buy side near Kinko's or just enter Wyda Way near the back to get to the movies in the back. Same with Sears pickup when that was a thing. Lol. The Mall is very clean. However, riff raff and a shooting by Champs happened back over 10 years ago was a concern. Too many 'hood turds using it was there hangout. Security was beefed up after that and Xmas incidents and it is now better. Food court has some mainstays but mostly just the big ones stay and the smaller eateries change over time. Shops are pretty much that same way. Some mainstays and many smaller ones changed. Only came here recently on the way to find ONIT Yelp Elite Event.

Depends on what your shopping for, I go there for f21 and sneakers for my little one. Parking is easy unlike the bigger malls, but there are not many stores there I feel more eating places VS places to shop

Love my local mall and have for almost 20 years and surprised I hadn't written a review! I'm sad my favorite store (Nordstrom) is gone but that's business. Arden Mall is always clean, adequate, present security staff, most all the spaces are occupied with businesses, and the cleaning staff is seen all over the mall, like Santa Elves...they are on it. If I have questions, kiosk operators, store staff or Arden Mall staff are always happy to help. We live in a time where unfortunately service can be at a low, and I've yet to experience that at Arden Mall. I appreciate the variety of goods and services for my entire family, right in my local community instead of heading to travel to other cities. Thanks, Arden Mall!

A nice place to have gathering and weekends with friends and family. This place has a lot of our memories and Barnes and Nobles is still standing here. People come with smiles, and leave with bigger smiles. I love this place!

Nice small mall excepted the one part of the parking of the mall has no lights at night so you may wanna move your car before dark plenty of homeless harmless people. Parking OK clean it plenty of parking. BJ's restaurant seems to be at the star of the mall with excellent food including a pizza for 110 cal made from cauliflower crust. See my separate review. Wall was clean inside with seating areas through out.

Eli Cafe is a really cute new place, but there's NO reason why this tuna sandwich should be $9.
