Been here a couple times for recent releases, and those experiences will keep me from returning to this location. Employees acted like I was interrupting their hangout when I walked in, and one of them audibly trashed talked the other for talking to me and hyping the game I was purchasing - as an ex manager for GameStop, I was appalled by the notion of an employee saying anything that would make a customer feel ashamed of their purchase. I made a pre-order that day, which was a mistake, because that meant coming back. The day I came by to pick up my pre-order, they were closed (gates closed and lights off) long before their posted closing time, and the next day the one employee they had was just hanging out with three people just loitering at the counter. It was uncomfortable.
As someone who has witnessed the fall of Hollywood Video, Blockbuster, and Borders, this is the type of service that will drive your customers to better services and in this day and age, Amazon is a worthy replacement.

???Wow u guys scamming people , I bought the crew motorfest , and I found out that I can just download it on my ps4 , and I try taking the game back and they was not let me get a trade or Cash And it says on there website they give cash or trade I am confused ?

This GameStop has exceptional staff that go above and beyond to help all customers. They treat all customers with the highest customer service no matter if you're able to or disabled. My adult nephew has special needs, he can't read or write and when he is on one of his long few hour walks he stops into this gamestop. The employees always make him feel like a valued customer and they always help him with games to buy, what ones are currently challenging and when he is stuck on a game he takes pictures or video of where he is stuck and then goes into the store and ask the employees if they can help him and nine times out of 10 they have the answers and explain how to get past that spot or what he might be doing wrong. So we both would like to thank all of the staff at this game stop and GameStop corporate for hiring such exceptional people. And to the last manager, Shane, who moved to another location, he is greatly missed by my nephew, because he went above and beyond to make sure my nephew felt like a fellow gamer. He was able to relate to my nephews needs and shared with us that he has a brother with special needs as well. My nephew loves his new PS5 that he bought here because of Shane treating him so good. We wanted to support this store over amazon because of their great service. Thank you. Thank you, thank you.

Went to game stop after Christmas morning needing a something cause I got the Xbox x for Christmas and boom show up at 11 when it says it's supposed to be open nope it was closed and I don't know what's going on with this store but I'm very frustrated.

You should really update your hours of operation. Kind of messed up both yelp & google say youre open at 11 & youre not till 12. Wasted money on an uber & thats non refundable nor was my time wasted.

Came in on Halloween, young lady with the cheerleading outfit/costume helped me out with my quest as a fairly new gamer. Good customer service. I am now 4 games in on my Call of Duty adventure:). Thanks Macie.

Florin gamestop used to be my store of choice But afte Being treated way Way better a better not being talked to like I'm some peasant This place has became my retail therapy home Even when I just drop in not buying anything the whole staff is still really friendly and welcoming Not once have I gotten a bad vibe from anyone at this store Go pay them a visit and talk some anime???
