Called in to confirm my game was ready for pickup. Get in my car to go drive there. And it has been locked up for over 2 hours and has a note that says. Out for lunch be back soon. Who spends hours and hours at lunch just after they told me my product was ready.

It’s 12:00 in the afternoon the website says it’s open already but it’s still closed not only that they never answer the phone all I wanted was to purchase the meta quest 3 that’s in stock and there’s only two left at this location.

A gamestop doing its job poorly. I bought PS5 from this branch. A day later, I received an e-mail saying that your order is ready. When I went to buy my product, they said we sold your product to someone else and we will refund your money. How can you sell the product that I bought and paid for to someone else? Or did the branch employees buy my product themselves? Do you intend to sell it to someone else at a higher price? why? This gamestop they are not doing good job, absolutely be careful guys, don’t trust

I had the worst experience with this GameStop team. I ordered a switch for pick up, I needed to change the name to my husbands name. I went online and they said for changes you had to call the store. I had to call the store for 2 days at various times to finally get ahold of someone. When I finally got someone they asked if I could hold while they helped a customer I said that’s fine. I was on hold FOR 30 MINUTES! I had to stay on because it took me 48 hours to finally get a person. When the person came on she hung up on me. So by this time I was insanely ticked off. I called again, no answer, I kept calling until I finally got someone. I explained that I needed to change the pick up name she said you can only do it online I told her that’s not true because the website says to call the store and then she said “sorry” and hung up on me again. I got her name, Tina. When I picked up my item I asked if there was a Tina and I was told there wasn’t one. Not surprised. Either way, dealing with this bankrupt organization was not worth the $25 off. I can’t wait until it finally goes under.

Came in a couple of weeks ago and Anthony helped me with my ps4 and getting a new game. Was super helpful and kind. Prefer coming here over Best Buy anyway.

Horrible customer service. I came in looking for a game and went to the counter to ask if they could grab it from behind the counter. Except, instead of acknowledging me like a human, the two employees just continued their own conversation for what felt like 5 minutes. Oh, and I should mention they're conversation was just them talking a lot of crap about previous customers.

Everytime we try to go they're closed before it's supposed to... wanted to take my child real quick on our way home around 7:30 something and they were already closed... smh
