Upon arriving at the Discovery Auto Sales, my sisters and I were greeted with the kindest service! Moe and his dad are honest, patient, and genuine not only salesmen but individuals as well. Both care for their customers and work hard to ensure a fair exchange for both parties. I obtained a spotless, impressive 1998 Mercedes-Benz with modest mileage for a fair price considering the striking condition of the vehicle in particular. The interior and exterior of the vehicle were in outstanding condition, and the engine and all other parts under the hood are the cleanest I had ever seen on a vehicle of this caliber. Original accessory pieces accompany the vehicle, and more importantly, so does a well-oiled engine, safe tires, and efficient brakes, all with a neat, seemingly untouched car in its entirety. Words simply can't do justice to the elite, prime, sincere, welcoming service as not only are the people absolutely wonderful, but the genuine concern and care for their customers shines through in the upkeep of their vehicles and the service privided beyond vehicle purchase. I highly recommend anyone in search of an affordable, well maintained, and therefore safe vehicle to most definitely look here at Discovery Auto Sales as what's ultimately most important in such major exchanges is trust, and I can confidently say I trust that I have made the perfect decision in purchasing this excellent vehicle from Discovery Auto Sales, it is hands down my very best auto sales experience and I am so very grateful for it and you certainly will be too as such patient, caring, honest, and warm exchanges in this industry are far more rare than what is ideal, so be sure to not take this amazing dealership for granted as I am overjoyed that I did not make that very mistake and left the dealership with a suitable, clean, reliable, and, once again, and most importantly, safe vehicle in-hand thanks to two outstanding individuals, and genuine salesmen.

I purchased a Honda Ridgeline from this dealership. And I couldn't have had a better experience. Family owned business and really friendly and helpful. They let us take the car to test it out without accompanying us. Not pushy at all that was really cool and allowed me and my family further assistance in the dmv process. Zyid is a really good guy and me and my family had an awesome experience purchasing my vehicle. I received the license plate and pink slip just today so Thanks Zyid for taking care of me. I had a sketchy experience working with this dealer. I was very interested in a 2013 highlander hybrid (blue) that had a perfect Carfax report and seemed decently priced. I spoke with Zaid several times who affirmed the history, told me it was a great car and sent me a video walk through since I am out of the area. I scheduled the car to be evaluated by the local Toyota dealership (Maita) for a prepurchase inspection which they agreed to. 20 minutes before the scheduled appointment Zaid texted "When we purchased the vehicle from the auction it had a code related to hybrid system and we fixed the battery by replacing the bad cells with new one but it looks it need more attention So my son told the inspector before getting started About that and he told him it still the same So we need to take back to the shop Thanks for contacting us When it's ready 100% we will keep you posted if still interested and we can drop it for inspection Sorry for what happened ." They never would have disclosed this work they did on the car nor that there were codes unless they got cornered by the Toyota dealership. I'd stay away. Also they keep reducing the price on this vehicle.

I got a really good deal on my Highlander. The interior was pretty much immaculate. They were more than happy to do a trade with my old car which was cool too. This was one of the most adult things I've ever done and they made it easy.

Some sketchy people work here. I called to see one specific vehicle and they said they will be there in 20 minutes. And no one showed up for 40 minutes yet whole time their people were in the office. Anyway i let it go And decided to shut my mouth so i can see the car. Checked the car front and back bumpers were replaced and painted different color and front left head light were replaced as well Which they said color totally matches. It had EVAP light on it. Owner's son said they can fix it before sale. After test drive, we walked in to talk numbers. Bunch of guys there trying to pressure to make a sale. I mentioned the problems it had plus i wanted that light to get fixed so i will buy it. Owner started blaming his son about what he said about fixing the light in their language. It was pretty obvious. They said they already fixed it and light still there. i wanted to see the parts receipt something that proof i could see If they tried to fix it as they stated. While owner started looking for that information he asked my ID saying he needed it to get something mumbling i really did not understand. At the time i was talking with other sons of him so i got distracted. Soon enough i noticed owner was working on sale paper without even telling me. they obviously don't lIke or welcome someone who got mechanical knowledges. Their plan is pretty much everyone comes to the office with customer and pressure them like guys against one guy or something thinking that their way would always work or something. Very sketchy people...very.

I was extremely fortunate to have come across this dealership. My experience with Moe was worth writing a review. His customer service was top tier; he was attentive, answered all of my questions with patience & never made me feel pressured. There was a wide selection of vehicles & I ended up going home with a Prius. I love it! I'd definitely recommend Discover Auto Sales for your next car purchase.

I called about a 2011 Ford Escape hybrid that was listed and asked if there was a cash discount available. Ziad said there was but he wouldn't give me the price over the phone. I told him I would have to drive 5 hours to get to the lot and I wasn't going to make the trip without having the money ready in case I decided to buy it. I can understand needing someone on the lot for a trade-in appraisal, but I consider this a pretty big red flag when dealers won't give you the cash price for upfront paid-in-full over the phone. I don't know how many times he used the phrase "Don't worry..." which of course makes me worry more because no specifics are disclosed. I would be careful doing business here.

Inquired about a car they had advertised on Craig's List. Car was way overpriced but looked clean in the pictures. I asked if there were any issues with the vehicle. They claimed it was in excellent condition with no issues at all. I told them I was driving 3 hours to see it and did not want to waste my time if wasn't what they claimed. They reassured me it was perfect. So I finally get to the lot and see the vehicle. The rear fender wells were rusted out as well as the inside of the lift gate. I asked, whom I suppose is the owner, he never even gave me his name, if the vehicle was from out of state. He said it was. I asked why he hid the damage in the photos he posted and wasted my time and he replied "do you want to take it for a test drive?" Don't trust this dealer. Car looked good in pics but they conveniently left out the areas with major rust damage. What else are they not telling customers. Just another shady used car dealer looking to make a buck off some junk! Pics of original ad included:

Highly recommend this company if you're looking for used cars in great condition. Jordan helped me find my new ride today and the process was easy and straight forward. Jordan and other employees were very kind and informative. This family run business is genuinely trustworthy, and I would buy from them again without a doubt. Jordan even offered to help me get rid of my old car that has several problems. Wonderful car buying experience all around!

I went to Moe based on the quality of his used cars and the high ratings from his customers. When we arrived on time at 10 a.m., Moe greeted us and promptly handed us the keys to the Lexus RX 350 with low miles and one owner fairly priced for us to take to a mechanic to inspect as we had requested. Moe was friendly and cheerful exuding a comfort in his own skin speaking openly and honestly about issues we raised. After inspection, the mechanic also thought it was a fair value. When I spoke about purchasing the vehicle with Moe, also advising that I was inspecting cars from other highly rated used car lots, he was at all times professional and fair with zero high pressure sales tactics and no effort to pad the deal with add-ons and special charges to drive up his margins. Moe explained all pricing line items. As an attorney with high standards, who also was a commission sales representative in a prior life, I found Moe to be the consummate professional. Whereas dealing with a used car salesman is typically an experience to be avoided, I found dealing with Moe to be an absolute pleasure. When next I am in the market for a used car, Moe will be the person I think of first.

Came in the other day looking for help to purchase a vehicle. Moe Approached me very nicely and professional and helped me out with my matter. While, this whole pandemic has been going on I've had difficulties finding places to trust and go to for a vehicle. However, when my friend referred me to Discover auto sales and told me to speak Moe. I was so amazed, thrilled, and blessed to have found genuine and real people who care in the auto industry. This can be hard to come across because we know most people are crooks, liars, and cheats however here at Discover auto cars they do not do that to you. They will work with you to find the car that you want, well giving you a good deal. I came out with a new perspective on car sales. Moe and his family Make sure to take care of people which is very important. To find a business like this is a gem and it's priceless. You can always go to big company names GMC motors, Nissan, Toyota, Honda and more but to have sincerity I will take that over any of those any day.
