I went to Francesca store in the mall, I got 4 pairs of earrings,price turns out to be 71.00 dollars 4 four pairs it's a rip off I can buy food with it. I understand buy 1 get the other one half off it's understandable

Visited this store last minute before they closed for my birthday party and was unlike any other store where you didn’t feel rushed since it was minutes before closing, the cashier there very attentive and helped pick dresses which is very rare so I appreciated! Wish I got her name to state it

The manager at this store is awful! She followed me around and around acting like I was trying to steal something! I will not return and I will tell everyone I know not to shop at this store. She counted all the items out loud as of she was telling me she knew how many items I had! I called customer service and reported her as well! I don't want anyone else to have such a bad experience as I did! Please take your business else where! No one should be treated as a thief!!

I loved coming here. It was my first time coming to this store, since I go to the one in Napa, Ca. But this store had more beautiful clothes. The employee was nice. Don't know her name but she had blonde hair. The store had different options. Totally coming back here.

Nothing against this brick and mortar store. They were really nice and apologetic. The company needs to make upgrades to their return systems and the online shop needs to have CLEAR warnings. I love their collection but it's hard to find larger sizes so I had to shop online. If you do shop online BEWARE! It was such a disaster and I left the store FUMING and out $300 +. If you PAY with PAYPAL you will only get STORE CREDIT if you RETURN items. There's no warning when you buy it tells you the store credit in the terms and conditions. The fine print. Alllll the way at the bottom. Nothing I can do because I accepted them. It was sooo SHADY! I'm never going to shop their online collection ever again after I find $300 + dollar worth of stuff to purchase. However I was able to find a loophole and completely by accident. I got back ~$180 buy purchasing clothes with the gift cards and a little bit on my card. When I returned it in Reno, they asked how I paid. I told them mostly gift card and credit card. They then asked if I would like it as a gift card or back in my card. Of course I said my card. I was so happy I was able to recoup some of my loses.

I visited Arden Fair early this morning only to shop at this Francesca’s to avoid Friday shopper traffic. However, I was not greeted by Kaley when I walked in (only one other person in the store). Despite this, I continued to shop. Customers after me were greeted pleasantly and asked if there was anything they needed help with. I was completely disregarded and shocked because I never have that experience at this store. I did my shopping and at the register, Kaley did not make any conversation at all and was in a rush to check me out. I have my receipts set to email only - Kaley printed my receipt and even confessed she wasn’t paying attention..That really summed up my customer experience with Kaley at this Francesca’s.

I went into the store out of awe towards the dresses in the front. I didn't really expect anything from the store since I was browsing, but Charlene helped me so much while picking clothes. She helped me pick out styles that looked great with each other and o was glad she helped me because I was totally able to get clothes to help with my closet. Thank you Charlene and I hope you see this!

This place is a joke! They won't accept online return. It took me by surprise that they have this stinking rule! You know what that means right?! They are not doing well!!! I used to buy a lot of clothes there, but NONE of them can be use for any occasion. The material is not good. Also, they don't have any reward program. So no matter how much you buy, it didn't matter at all. And you have to buy $68 to get a free shipping. And so I bought something earlier and shipped it to the store. Nobody called me when my items have arrived. After several weeks, I decided to just go over there and checked it out, and the d*** lady that works there said oh I was going to call you. Oh my gosh, if I didn't show up ever, my items would be stuck there and if they closed down, I would have lost my stuffs there. I don't think I would spend a penny there anymore.

Yareli was so helpful and kind! My mom and I had our hands full and she started a fitting room for us. She also picked out a shirt to match the skirt I picked out, going above a beyond. All this happened while the store was super busy and Yareli was the only one on the floor. Very impressive! I've never shopped here before, but i definitely will again because of Yareli service!! She definitely deserves a raise!

OMG, this place is AMAZING! Seriously do yourself a favor and come here when you need a date outfit, wedding guest dress, or, I mean really they have something for every occasion. I've bought many of their dresses, for a rehearsal dinner, a few weddings, some date outfits, and their jewelry is fire! The customer service is always awesome but let me tell you, this location has my favorite employee ever. Her name is Rachel and she's legit a fashion queen. You know the kind of person, you just want to be even half as stylish as. But, anyways. I was going on vacation and needed some new, cute and comfy outfits. I strolled in and told her my vision and boy did she deliver. All the outfits she put together, I loved. I had planned on buying two full outfits and ended buying 4 because everything she pulled was so cute. Now I feel so stylish and... kinda like a badass, never been this ready for a vacation. They have a forever customer out of me and I will only be going to this location from now on.
