Within 5 seconds of greeting us at the desk, the front desk associate (old and obnoxious) told us to hold while she answers the main phone line, which is set to a ridiculously high setting the entire lobby can hear it.
You prioritize a caller over a IN PERSON guest shows they only care about money.
As an ex hotelier, this location should change franchise owners, it's run like a hostel...

Extremely overpriced. They charge to clean your room. The beds are so soft you roll out of them and the breakfast was just as bad for another $15 plus tip. DO NOT STAY

Service was top notch. Room and everything was just fine. The problems were when I was trying to sleep. The AC unit is very loud and continued to wake me up in the night. The person in the room above me woke at 4:30AM and it has sounded like a bowling party above me for 2 hours. Also whenever they used their shower-loud enough in the pipes to wake me up. Something needs to be done to do some sound proofing because this was a nightmare to try to sleep.

Always stay here when I’m in town. Staff are lovely, and Holly, who runs the breakfast buffet is always lovely to see!

Tell business and decided to stay here and it was a good stay. Customer Service is very good very attentive. However, the only reason why doesn’t get a five star is because the shower pressure was really low. It’s convenient that they have a shuttle to the airport. I would like to warn anyone about the breakfast, unfortunately, I was underwhelmed with the breakfast offerings there was not an option for cooked to order so it was a traditional continental breakfast that they were charging you $15 for when normally other hot that type of breakfast is free. overall a good day I would return

Don’t go here if you don’t want your property stolen. Upon arriving at this location, the company I work for rented a room with accommodations. The first thing I notice is they charged for everything parking any food? Anything they could charge they would. One of the days when I was gone I had my iPhone watch stole me from the room. When I attempted to look into it, who went in my room they wouldn’t let me look at footage of who was going in my room and refused to help me further. The only reason why we went to this location is because the conference I was attending was in that building. The price also was double that of the other locations nearby. Other people attending the conference shared with me how much they were spending on the other hotels nearby and it was literally half.
Rooms: Basic overpriced hotel

We stayed here before flying out early next morning. Nice hotel , friendly staff, nice rooms but a bit pricey for quick overnight stay.

Customer service was #1. I had a pleasant experience they very attentive to my needs. The room was very clean. The staff was spot on with everything from the check-in, the restaurant, and the shuttle. The location is convenient to the highway, and their's a mini mall in walking distance that includes Chase Bank and Walgreens. Costo is close by as well. I highly recommend and will also return in the near future.
Rooms: Spacious and very clean.
Walkability: Good area to walk and across from mini mall.

3 Marriott properties with airport shuttle. Was the choice as needed room for 4 hours 1:30 am-5:30 am on a layover….I may completely switch allegiance after over 20+ years to another chain based on the treatment from the front desk. Unacceptable.

We attended a special event on Saturday.
The location is great for our area. Clean, good parking, the service was good. Seems to be no in-house catering, but you can use a catering company, the hotel will serve.
Close to freeway,restaurants/ fast food, airport, and shopping.
