Folsom Pharmacy is the best. We've been with them for over a decade and won't consider changing even though we moved out of the area. They're personable and know their customer's names, they keep customers up to date about refills and insurance issues in a timely manner, etc. They call to let customers know if their hours change for a holiday. They care and it shows.

When I first transferred my prescriptions to Folsom Pharmacy, I had difficulty retrieving them from my previous pharmacy. Mike went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue, for which I am very thankful. Both Mike and Helen have been helpful and accommodating. They call me when my prescriptions are ready and let me know in advance about any holiday closures or delays, which helps me plan ahead. I greatly appreciate the top-notch service and highly recommend this pharmacy!

What a delightful experience! I agree with the other 5 star reviews, this place is amazing! After struggling to even reach other pharmacies in the area, they were there to promptly answer my call and were so helpful and nice. Thank you!

These are the best folks in town to do business with, they are kind and friendly and treat you with that good old time feeling. It’s rare these days to find a business that the people call you by name and inquire about the well being of your family. If you take meds and want a 5* interaction then this is the place.

Arrived at 1:30 on Saturday and they were closed. Their posted hours here and on their door say 2PM closing. No other signs on the door starting why. Major inconvenience.

We switched to this pharmacy about a decade ago after many problems with the big corporations. They are great. Like family - we're on a first name basis, they request refills before we know we need them, call immediately if there's a problem, and they deliver! We recommend Helen & Mike, or other Leader Pharmacies for friendly, helpful service.

Hands down the greatest pharmacy I have ever had the pleasure using. Mike and Helen are AMAZING and hands down the most educated & competent pharmacists i have ever known. I love this pharmacy SO MUCH that while I lived in Pollock Pines I drove an hour to still use them. That is how awesome this pharmacy is! They TRULY care about their patients above all else, which is rare in our capitalist society!
