I've lived in TownWest for 15 yrs. It's a diverse mixed community of all ages. FollettUSA, Matt Follett, Pres. became the new owners of our midwest community a couple of years ago. The office staff is nice. The pad rent increases however, for a plot of land barely large enough for my 16x76 home that is paid for, it's like having a mortgage payment all over again. Most of us seniors will be financially forced to move out of our homes as relocating the home is very costly and the surrounding communities are also raising their pad rent prices. We should not become abducted into the California cost of living.

These are the worse people. They threaten you with fines and eviction if you don't do things their way and refuse to follow the laws. They discriminate against the elderly and disabled and refuse to follow written signed lease agreements. They don't care they just demand you do what they tell you or else.

Just completely destroyed our neighborhood here in Florida, raised the lot rent, and enforcing absolutely REDICLOUS rules to abide by. Dropping yall a 1 star on bbb as well. I hope this property is a total loss for you

This is a nice quiet senior park but does have issues with transients roaming the park during the day hours. The park needs to be gated and not left open 24/7 whereas transients can simply walk in. There are a lot of homeless transients in this area and it's known to Owners of the park and it's management. It also has a horrible manager who bullies the tenants, threatens tenants with towing vehicles that have expired tags when her own personal vehicle has no tags or license plates for that matter. She quotes articles out of the California Civil Code Provisions (Mobilehome Residency Law). She tells the tenants that it's none of our business what she does when in fact Rules and Regulations, Article 3, 798.23.(a) The owner of the park, and any person employed by the park, shall be subject to, and comply with, all park rules and regulations to the same extent as residents and their guests. She puts notices on the residents home when she knows some of these residents reside permanent residency in other States or Countries. When she has an issue with a non-permanent resident she has to notify them by phone, mail, or email. Some of those part time residents aren't aware there is an issue unless they are notified by management. I've lived in this park going on 8 years and has not had a good manager since Managers Janet & Steve retired some years ago. The office is always closed during business hours, rarely answers the phones, and manager rarely goes outside throuhout the community to see what's goes on. Even her Personal Assistant has quit her position here due to Manager's poor behavior. Residents are selling their home as well due to all the issues we are experiencing here at Tramview Mobilehome Park.Respectfully,Resident Of Tramview
