I went in with my girlfriend to buy a hat and some crocs and came out shooken to my core and disgusted by how unprofessional the cashier was. The girl was asking me personal questions and making suggestive remarks. I felt extremely uncomfortable and it was extremely disrespectful to say those things in front of my girlfriend

My bf and I bought a pair of crocs there and the cashier was flirting with him and it was very unprofessional. He felt really uncomfortable so we left before our receipt was printed.

I needed a new pair of sandals so we entered this shop. Although they had no sandals to meet my taste & size, I did purchase a pair of flip flop socks. The owner knows his stock very well and was absolutely wonderful. I would definitely return next time I'm in Downtown Sac!

When I bought my first pair of rainbow flip flops the girl was very helpful and suggested several different flip flops for my overly sweaty feet. She told me that if they didn't work out, to bring them back within a month and I could exchange them or return them. Unfortunately they hold up to my sweaty feet. So I took them back today, to see if they had a different style or material that would work for my situation. The gentleman that was at the counter was very direct and said I couldn't return them because they had obviously been used and he wouldn't even let me explain, so I left. The store lost a good customer, cause I live in flip flops and was really hoping to find some flip flops that would work for me.

Great customer service, very knowledgeable. They have a wide selection of products from high end sandals to affordable flip flops. Best selection of Bear Paw in Sacramento (BTW Bear Paw is a local company and does great work in the community). For casual shoes you have to get a pair of the Olukais, your feet will thank you.
