Best supplement shop in the business! The owner has great customer service & tons of helpful knowledge. He's always available to answer questions or give tips & advice to achieve your goals. He makes ordering online and shipping a breeze if you can't make it to the local store, with items arriving within a day or two. I highly recommend this place for any protein, meal plan, vitamin or any/all other nutrition help you might need!

I’ve been going to five star for what seems like forever now and Chris is the man. Never hesitated to answer questions and point you in the right direction. You can feel his knowledge and passion for wellness and nutrition. Can’t think of a better local and nation wide spot to get your sups and supplies from.

I live in Reno and happened to walk in 5-Star while in Sac Town. I met owner Chris and he gave me a ton of information and helped me get on a fitness program. I credit him with changing my life. That was 7 years ago and I'm now 66. People think I'm still in my 40's and I only purchase my products from 5-Star. Thanks Chris!

I purchased a sweatshirt online, there was a price error. They fixed it for me right away and sent the product out same day. Best part was they sent me a free sweatshirt with my order! Hands down best customer service move I have ever received. I've been into the shop before and the people know the products they sell!

I was referred by a friend to go try Fivestar and seen a lot of other friends post their products on Instagram - so I said hey why not?! Walked in and Chris was a very welcoming guy. Him and I chatted about nutrition for a solid 20 minutes and he is VERY knowledgeable. Knows way more than those guys at Got No Clue (GNC).I will for sure be going there now on to buy my supplements from Chris as he provides a lot of high quality products with competitive pricing!

I will never get my supplements anywhere else! Chris was incredibly helpful in assisting us with what we needed based on our goals. He was relatable, friendly, and very informative when it came to explaining what changes we need to make to reach the levels we are working towards. When we asked about products we were unsure about, he was honest and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. We ended up chatting for a while, I was worried we would keep him past closing time- but he didn't seem to mind at all, he was happy to be there and enjoys what he does. So happy my boyfriend found Fivestar!

Not all supplement stores are the same. Every store has a thing to two that makes them different and Five Star is one of those stores that has been ahead of the game. I've Been going to Five Star since they open in Greenhaven.
