I needed to update my Solix 12 G3. I was having problems with my computer so I wasn’t able to download the next version so I went down to Fishermans Warehouse today and talk to Mike. He was able to download the latest version and put it on a SD card for me to take home, and add to my graph. It’s always a pleasure to talk to the staff. Always pleasant and helpful thank you

I came to the store to exchange a fishing reel. They refused to exchange or return the goods (only a couple of days had passed, and I have a receipt). They said that if the goods were unsealed, they cannot return them (how was I supposed to check how it works?). They also said that this is written on the receipt, although the receipt says that you can return the goods if they are in good condition (mine is in new condition, it got a little dusty while it was lying in the car). The reel costs $200 and it turned out to be terrible. This is the first time I have been to a store where it is impossible to return or exchange. I will never return to this store again and I do not recommend it to anyone!

Horrible place! I do not recommend buying anything here! I bought a spinning reel for $200, after the first cast, I realized that I needed to change it for my other hand. I brought the receipt, box, and reel to the store 3 days later. As a result, they refused me, saying that it was in use. I am going to sue

I have not gone fishing since I was a little kid. Now as an adult I am discovering the interest again. I went in knowing next to nothing about buying a pole and reel. Let me tell ya, these guys are not salesmen. I had three people working together to find the right setup for how and what I was fishing for. They were very helpful and patient. My visit was a pleasant experience.

Pretty well stored shop, it's hard to find offshore stuff and they have some decent candy....
Wish they had more rod building and rel repair tools and bearings.

It's an awesome store with an awesome staff. We came in there not really knowing what we wanted to buy. It was like, "We want to fish, but we don't know how."
We got great fishing advice and a starter kit.
Kailyr gave us a lot of time and attention and helped us understand the ins and outs of fishing.

I have never seen so many fishing lures there's thousands of them, I have a extremely large amount of fishing stuff but the bad thing is most of the stuff seems to be expensive.

BE CAREFUL BEFORE PURCHASE THIS SHOP
i just bought item from them 3 day ago , and i feel not comfortable with my fishing rod when i used 1 time . they do not allow for return or exchange . BE CAREFUL THIS SHOP NOT LIKE AMAZON , WALL MART , OR BASS PROSHOP, YOU CANNOT RETURN OR EXHANGE ONCE YOU AREADY USED . EVEN UNDER 30 DAY ! !!BAD BUSINESS COMPLETELY!!!

They have a very good customer service I purchased stuff for $200. They even gave me a free line. I recommend you go there. They have some good quality stuff.
