This is regarding the Sacramento Fair Oaks Blvd location. I have been working with Sunny who has gone above and beyond with an issue I had moving $ over (not Fidelity's fault) He spent months and many person hours trying to resolve it and was great at updating me. Thanks Sunny!!

Poor poor customer service I have been with fidelity investment for years and recently someone hacked my account and the fraud department without my knowledge closed and locked my account and making me jump through hoops and won't let me access my funds

Dealing with Fidelity is like dealing with AT&T. Every person we've spoken to provides you with a different list of requirements. If you want an investment company that is on your side and will ensure your needs are met in retirement, this is not the company for you.

Pretty strange walking into an office, being greeted in person, and being helped via in-office zoom meeting. I get it though.Glad they are open and helping customers. It was my first visit so not much to report on.

My advisor Adam has been outstanding in guiding me. In fact, using Fidelity website has been so easy and educational after a divorce I'm now managing all my own investments. I knew nothing about investing prior to divorce.I am so confident in Fidelity I've consolidated most of my funds to this company. No, this is not a paid advertisement!Anita Cook

Worst experience ever. When Covid hit, it was like the wizard of oz. at their Palm Desert Location. Enter, table blocking entry to lobby with a box and iPad to great you. I FaceTimed to an iPad , told to just leave forms and check in a box. Did so and requested a written confirmation with paper or email on what I deposited in box was received. They refused.Later when reconciling my account, learned the paperwork ( form) and check were never posted to account. Called customer service several months later, they could not find it, but after digging abit- found it. Lost check, paperwork was out dated so needed to be re- submitted via mail. Ugh! Went to deliver it again: Location in Palm Desert was closed permanently, as a customer we were never notified. Found out by going to this location and finding a closed sign on the door. Very disappointed in the customer service and lack of follow up. Moving on!

My husband and I have had nothing but the best service -- first from Aaron F. and now Dave W. They are quick to answer calls, answer questions, and share their knowledge. We are both of retirement age (well, I'm almost there) and understandably more concerned these days with our investments -- and the Fidelity experts make us feel like we're in the best hands possible. No local phone number. Had to go through a central office in New Hampshire. Then weaved my way through representatives only to be on hold for over 15 minutes with the Sacramento branch. Finally gave up trying to get hold of the rep over Sutter’s 403b accounts.

Very poor customer services. I was super disappointed. No one could help me with my investments cuz of their meeting???? Couldn’t do after hours ? Or leaving someone to help out the customers ? So close for meeting then. I thought

I have been a Fidelity client for a few years but never met anyone face to face as I thought they only met with rich clients. However, a couple of weeks ago one of their representatives called me to offer me a free review of my portfolio and I had that meeting with Nathan Kawaguchi last week. I came prepared with a few questions and he was able to answer all of them with great knowledge and lots of patience. He was very quick to respond to a follow up e-mail with detailed instructions regarding one of the action items we spoke about. I have had a great experience with Fidelity overall and I highly recommend them.

Chris was great, took the time to stop and check for understanding because I am so not knowledgeable about these things and is really good for follow ups. Then the main office guys do the quarterly reports and calls to let you know where your money is going and how its doing.
