I am an American River College student who is majoring in business and I love Fidelity I am investing in CDs I love there online resources and information I am learning about wealth building it is a learning lab plus investing at the same time. This is regarding the Sacramento Fair Oaks Blvd location. I have been working with Sunny who has gone above and beyond with an issue I had moving $ over (not Fidelity's fault) He spent months and many person hours trying to resolve it and was great at updating me. Thanks Sunny!!

Poor poor customer service I have been with fidelity investment for years and recently someone hacked my account and the fraud department without my knowledge closed and locked my account and making me jump through hoops and won't let me access my funds
