I know their phones were busy, but she took the time to look in depth into each of my product question and never felt rushed.

Went there looking to repair or replace a valve for a shower couldn't find the exact valve which is ok. So I bought a delta repair kit paid like 7.85. Found the same repair kit at home Depot 3.89 that's like double retail. I don't mind if they make a profit double retail. Now that I think about it they have improved a little last time I 4 times retail so I guess I got a good deal or did I ? I thought they might have the valve they have a wide selection unfortunately you have to have deep pockets to buy there.

The Thursday I was there, it was running like a Russian grocery store, nothing in the bins and the guy at the front counter in a Ferguson sweatshirt smelled drunk talking loudly; Or he was drunk the night before. No stainless fittings, but there is an isle for it, limited sch80 parts, mostly galvanized and sch40. Site One had more in stock.

I was very impressed today with cliff's Recommendations he really put in perspective of what I needed to do with my water heater conversion. I will definitely continue to go to Ferguson's for all my plumbing needs thank you guys. They have such a greater selection on items and they also core their water heaters..

This is a place for your plumbing needs. Old school supply store. I went in knowing what I thought I needed and with the help of a knowledgeable employee purchased an updated part that was twice as easy to install as the original one. Fast, competent, no nonsense plumbing supply store.

Awesome customer service! Just the perfect place. No paging for customer service, the guy jumped over the counter to come help. Assured me if the brand I was buying. I'm happy with my hot water heater and I have been recommending them to friends and family.

Did not have the water supply line I was looking for.Even though they are a plumbing supply store, Home Depot has more to offer.Wasted trip, people weren't friendly or helpful.Disappointed to say the least.

Will not be going back unless I have to. I went in for a thermocoupler and the guy did not want to help me, Travis or salesman 686 acted like I was inconveniencing him just for looking up a part for me. I already talked to a nice salesman on the phone Tom and he told me to just bring it in to see if we could use a universal however when I spoke with Travis he atried to shrug me off saying it was a left hand thread when it was not, he didn't even look at the part to match it up. This guy just seemed like he didn't want to help at all, I'll be shopping elsewhere from now on.There prices are almost double online prices, and they are mask Nazis.
