If I could give zero stars I would. This was a horrible experience from start to finish. Look at what they delivered to me. Told my son "you can clean out the stain on the pan". AND the pan was not what I ordered (ordered a center drain). Then, they wanted me to physically come back in before they would order me the correct one, (so I would need to make three trips to get the product I ordered??). Finally after talking to supervisor I was able to convince them to reorder over the phone. (the same way I ordered it the first time BTW) I re-ordered on a Monday morning at 6:30am.I told them I needed it mid-week at latest, "no problem they said". No updates, calls, or emails. I called them on Thursday and they said "it's not in and don't know where it is or when it will arrive" "You can't track it" I asked. Nope....They emailed me the following Monday to say it was in. Too Late for what I needed. A 10 day nightmare with Fergusons. They don't care, look at what they are willing to give you. Looks like it should be going to the dump. They took it back without a word and I'm sure it's on the shelf and coming to you next....Never again, Go somewhere else if your smart.

The workers environment here is phenomenal. The workers here are all friends and also very professional! The guy that was helping me out really knew his stuff and had some valid ideas and points for the project we were working out. I really appreciated that he took the time to think and process a way to make our project work! I would definitely recommend coming over to this location, and they are also the main warehouse/distributor to the other Ferguson locations. So this Ferguson has most items in stock.

My husband called in an order for me to pick up. As soon as I walked in I was greated and helped. Both young men working at the counter were efficient and helpful. After paying they brought all the parts and loaded the water heater. I've gone to multiple Ferguson locations to pick up supplies for my husband's job and I can say that this location has been the fastest to get in and out and has the best customer service.

I just bought some products in that store for the first time that I go and I was surprised with the degree of kindness of the man who served me and all the kind and friendly people who work there I found everything I needed and I could not find it at home depot or lowes at a good price and cheaper than in those places ... I will always return there

Brian Ortiz went above and beyond to help me find replacement parts for my shower. This may sound like an easy task, but the company that made my shower faucet stopped making them and faucet valves have very specific dimensions that are not easily interchangeable. If I did not get these parts, I would have had to pay close to $2,000 to knock out tile and sheetrock to have a new valve installed. Not only did he contact multiple people, he found that there was a warranty for these parts. I highly recommend this company, if Mr. Ortiz is a reflection of how they operate. When I was attempting to get his information so I could share this experience, he just said that it was no problem at all, that it was the Ferguson Way. :)

Called to order a tankless water heater and received great assistance. One part wasn't in stock but was very accommodating by having it shipped to me UPS. When I went to pick up my part I was assisted immediately by a nice young man. He asked me to pull up to the loading dock and another nice man loaded it in the back. I was in and out in less than 30 min. That includes moving my car. Everyone was helpful and courteous. First time here. Great place.

Worst place to delivery. They take for ever to unload. Being here for 4 hours and still not unloaded and they want you have appt. For what?
