Came in here for water resistant paper and I asked him for a certain size when I got home I noticed this person had sold me the wrong size the size I had at home was bigger I acted like I didn't speak English or understand it to see if this places scamming citizens out of their money and selling them whatever the employee wants not what the customer wants I'm okay from doing business with this establishment take your money elsewhere were they actually care for the customer

Sam is amazing. I made a mistake on my order and she fixed it, printed it and cut it. The resulting survey form was perfect and sharp! From now on, I will do all my printing business here at Kinkos on Madison.

Very bad company, I sold item through Ebay, FedEx charged money for shipping and lost this item. I filed the Claim four times but FedEx never answered. I tried to contact them a lot of times, no results at all. Finally I lost my item, and paid for shipping. Thank you, FedEx, -$250!

The worst service is here. assistant manager Eric is very disrespectful, rude and sees himself as very defiant. people like Eric shouldn't work in the service industry.

Horrible customer service. I send packages daily with them but just got treated like garbage by their manager. Will be using usp from now on.

I would give zero stars if the system let me. I got a set of plans printed here and 1st got black and white when I said color. Then I go back for color ones and they did black and white again. Waited 45 mins and walked out with only half of the full set. Total waste of my time and money

I went to get a old antique poster that had sentimental value laminated. It had a tear, tape damage, wrinkles, and wear to it. I knew I was gambling that laminating would go ok but leaving it as it was, it wouldn't survive. I asked Justin to do the best he could to help make it look good and I appreciated that he warned me it might not come out perfectly because of all of the damage but he did wonderfully. It not only got laminated and looked great but the damage was even less noticeable. He even managed to smooth out the wrinkles and the color was awesome. I am extremely excited and impressed by how nice it looks. Even better it is a Christmas gift for my mom.Took about 1 hour for the machine to warm up but they called me when my order was done so I could come back. Easy and nice place to go.
