I would beware of this location. I brought my iPhone here to ship back to Apple for trade-in credit. According to Apple, it is not necessary to pre-package the item, "Our shipping partner will pack up your device for free and send it off." A day later, Apple said they received the return package but with no contents. After reading the reviews on here, I can see I am not the only customer who had this experience.

If i can will give zero star super Garbage express The mobile phone returned to Apple is lost in this junk shop, and the manager will only shirk his responsibility and leave some employees who have not actually handled the matter let's to boycott this store

I only use this place to print stuff so I can’t say anything about the actual shipping part. The store is clean and the few times I had to interact with staff, they were courteous. As of March 2024 there’s a bunch of construction happening outside which can be kinda anxiety inducing but that’s nothing against the actual store itself.

Needed a tube for shipping posters. Surprisingly hard to find! This store had what I needed. Friendly, helpful staff.

had to return my phone to apple because of a cracked screen. I returned it in the box apple provided and took it to this FEDEX. Someone in this store swapped my phone with theirs and apple contacted me saying I never provided the phone. When I opened the box it was someone else’s phone that was completely broken. So you guys are willing to lose your job over a phone? I’m def not gonna let this go either. Im gonna make sure I report them on everything I can until you’re FIRED.

Sent a package yesterday. I paid for packaging. My package was not close and packed before I left.Makes me think if someone opened my package before packaging. I felt my privacy was intruded in.I trust but could have been better customer service.

Door was still open when we went there at 6:58 to drop our items off. But the assistant manager Sandra refused to help because she was closed at 7, if the door is open you are meant to help customer not send customers back. I am in customer service too , we never refuse to help the customer when they enter the building, such a unprofessional and rude manager at this location

On 10/15/2023, 12:44, it was Sunday and i stepped to this store to get two PDF files merged and reducing the size in order to be upload-able. Jewell B one of the FedEx staff charged me $20.10 for 30 seconds job and when i got home, i noticed that she did not reduced the size of files.
