Needed a last minute print Job on a Proposal. Some of the files were too large for the do it yourself so the Staff was very helpful in getting documents printed and bound.

The slowest and most incompetent staff I've ever encountered at a FedEx. I was in a rush and had asked for the fastest way to print something. I was given 1 option and then stood around for 5 minutes while nothing happened. Instead of being given options or any help, I had to figure out the alternatives for myself. It took another 10 minutes because none of the stations were working, and also, the employees actually don't know how to use email. In 2023. At a print and ship location for one of the biggest retailers in the world.You wouldn't know there was a manager because the dumpy lady who is supposed to be is clueless, inattentive, and obviously doesn't train her people well. The most basic task takes 20+ minutes and half of the equipment doesn't work.The dude with dirty clothes and an Edgar haircut was the most unprofessional of all; after seeing my visible frustration felt the need to antagonize me, holding onto the papers I needed so that he could make eye contact to laugh in my face, while telling me I should try have a good day. Dude is lucky I was in a hurry and that they were so bad I wont ever come back here again.

This Fedex store is always quick and easy to work with. The manager and employees are always cordial, helpful, and timely yet thorough. This shop runs so efficiently and the people are so nice I would never go anywhere else for my printing/shipping/passport photo needs. 10/10 ?

Best revenue prevention team ever assembled. You can't crack the phone system to ask a person questions. I wanted to give you money to print my stuff but im not now. The phone bot refused to connect me to a human and i gave up. Boycott AI customer service. Im going elsewhere. First to answer the phone wins. Winner isss....notyou. Ai revenue prevention apps are the dumbest thing in business. I hate your brand now. Cya. Why have local stores if they don't have phones? So dumb.Love, former customer/human.

I just went there and a guy named Joel was helping me with printing a business card. He was very helpful and gave me advice on it. Also Joel showed me the types of papers they offered! It was a great customer service.

The staff here are nice, but there can be a wait if someone's on lunch. There's $2.50 full service fee if you need someone to help with your print order. They have lots of computer and phone accessories! The parking lot is incredibly small, and all the spots are compact. I often had to double park just to drop off a package. This place is open Saturday, but it's closed on Sunday. Great place to drop off during the week so you don't have to do FedEx dropoff at Walgreens.

Came in here last minute to make dollar bills for a wedding event. Lady was super helpful. Quick and easy process to print and send pdf via email. Printer quick and easy. They have huge cutting board. Thank you !
