This is my mom’s insurance company. Because my mom is elderly, I have had the occasion of speaking with Melanie and Thomas George for various insurance needs. I gotta tell you, these people are as nice as they come. Efficient, expedient, thorough. Just amazing. I’ve worked with Melanie the most often and I find it hard to find the right words to describe how great she is. So helpful always! Thank you

Tom is simply the BEST insurance agent I've ever had. We switched to him/Farmers after a 40+ year relationship with State Farm that went sour years ago, and I should have switched sooner. Now I'm glad that happened because Tom is so totally responsive and helpful! He made the switch easy, thoroughly explained everything in the policies (2 cars and home insurance), and could give us comparable or better rates. He is friendly, extremely knowledgeable, sincerely cares about his clients, and will go above and beyond if or whenever necessary. I've been with Thomas George Insurance for a little over a year now. He goes by Tom actually. Both he and Leilani have been great people to work with from the start. Super friendly and very helpful. I have had a few insurance questions over that time and they were always quick to get back to me with the answers. Would highly recommend!

I am very thankful to have Farmer's insurance and Tom as my insurance agent!! Accidents are a frightening experience. An obviously driver slammed into my car and totaled it in the process. Tom showed up on site to help with the messy situation that often occurs after car collisions. The two cars where trapped together on the light rail tracks, stopping traffic coming in both directions for over an hour which incited many dirty looks and comments. Even after the debris was cleared, Tom and the rest of Farmer's team took care me through the rest of ordeal. The kid admitted fault on site, but then later retracted, sending both insurance companies into investigations. All of the agents at Farmer's insurance were in constant communication with me and let me know what was going on every step of the way. After my car was deemed "totaled," I got a check for the FULL VALUE of my car. I am now happy driving a new, more safe car and fully insured by Farmer's. Oddly, they made an awful and scary situation calming and comfortable. Who thought an accident could go over so easily?? Farmer's has a costumer for life. Thanks Guys!

Tom and Leilani are the best! I have a unique living situation with a tiny home in the woods and they went out of their way to take the time to find the insurance that was best for me! I am so grateful for all their help, ALL the time. Always there to answer questions and check in to see if my coverage throughout the year is still accurate! They make you feel comfortable and safe while making tough decisions. My wife and I were able to combine our home and auto insurances to an overall cheaper rate. We also got life insurance with the security and comfort of knowing our family will be taken care of. Tom is a professional, yet personable and made the process so easy. If you need insurance or a more reliable agent that you can connect with, Tom George is your guy!! Two years ago I decided to go into business for myself and needed accountants professional liability insurance, which I found out is no easy task. Tom was not only able to get my the coverage I needed, but he made sure to get me the best coverage there was. I was so pleased with Tom's outstanding customer service that I immediately switched my Farmer's home and auto insurance policies over to Tom. He was also able to get me a great landlord protector policy! I have been with Farmer's for over 10 years, and prior to Tom, never experienced such excellent customer service nor was I able to connect with an agent. Tom George always has his clients best interest in mind and will always go above and beyond for them. I have referred Tom to my friends and family, and they couldn't be happier.
