Couldn’t find native milkweed or romenesco anywhere. They have a large native plant area as well as beautiful veggies. This place is AMAZING! I have found my new home away from home.

Beautifully laid out with plants and items easy to find. Prices are reasonable. Staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

I was quite disappointed with my recent visit. I called ahead looking for a substantial amount of moss, and while I was assured they had it, that wasn’t the case when I arrived. The moss available was overrun with other plants and looked unhealthy—snails even crawled out while I was driving.
When I inquired about a discount for purchasing all the available moss, I was told there would be absolutely none, which felt unhelpful. Overall, the service and care for the plants left much to be desired. I hope they can improve in the future.

Weeds everywhere in and around plants. Plants don’t stand out and most appear neglected and half dead. This is not the fair oaks nursery it was 10 years ago. Sadly, this has diminished terribly.
They blame it on the heat, however, other nurseries are a 10, organized and vibrant. I’ve come here often and I was shocked how downhill this nursery and gift shop have become. I hope someone turns it around someday!

I come from San jose for this nursery, and it's always worth the trip. Their selection and quality are always top-notch. The staff is very friendly and knows their stuff. They also have a great selection seeds, and a very cute giftshop.

We love to stroll through this nursery and gift shop, each element is unique and delightful. You will find plants simply not available elsewhere. For example, a couple of years ago I purchased a Yuzu lemon (now a prolific producer) that then was very difficult to find anywhere else. They have such a wide variety of citrus and of exotic plants! The gift shop is amazing, even for a guy who normally does not enjoy generic gift shops...This one is exceptional and replete with intriguing items of great beauty. Of course, the staff is always friendly and knowledgable...just nice people!! It is a place of serene calm and beauty...you will be happy to experience all it has to offer!

The younger lady was helpful though initially distant. The older lady rushed me at the last minute, informing me somewhat rudely that the store was about to close (such boundaries can be expressed politely), and I ended up regretting my purchase.

A lovely local nursery with excellent, avant-garde home furnishings and garden accessories. The plants are always different from what other nurseries usually offer, with no shortage of rare succulents/perennials.The staff are always very helpful and polite.

Unfortunately the management sucks! And the plant despite of looking good there, don't survive!
Plus the prices are more expensive!

Loved this nursery! Had a great time looking through my options of citrus trees, flowering plants and grasses. Gonna have to come back for veggies! I also thought the indoor space was fun to look through for kids and adults!
The space is well organized, clean and well staffed. Everyone was very helpful, knowledgeable and kind!
Pricing was comparative and reasonable. Also saw plants I didn't see at other chain nurseries.
