Terrible experience here, worst hotel room we have ever been, disgusting smell in the room, terrible condition of furniture, carpet burned with cigarettes eventhough it was supposed to be not smoking room, dirty all around, dog’s hair on the bed, bugs and hair in the bathroom, dark spits on the walls, rude staff, just terrible, save yourself a terrible and disgusting experience and find something better around.

TV wouldnt come on using the Remote. Ariayl from.the front desk was sooo nice. He came to my room and helped me with the TV and it worked with the remote. Thank you Ariayl for Blessing me.

Floor in room looked like it hadn’t been mopped in weeks. Door lock not working. Garbage overflowing in stairwell. Grounds strewn with trash. Urban RV camper living in parking lot outside our our room. Never booking an Extended Stay America Hotel again.

Morning staff is amazing, very friendly and helpful in all situations. Night staff could definitely be more useful. Location is great to get around Sacramento easily and the coffee and oatmeal every morning is nice.

I never write negative reviews but this experience needed to be shared. DO NOT GO HERE if you can avoid it!!! This hotel was a horrible experience! ? There was only one staff member in the morning that made the hotel seem just barely sufferable, (young lady working during the day time). When we first arrived the housekeeper was arguing with a guest about the cleanliness of the room.The "security" was rude and not at all proficient. The parking lot was full of people loitering around and all he did was take photos of them but nothing more. He was even working the front desk at one point but was of no assistance whatsoever!!!I made a complaint to the front desk that our stove top was on and wouldn't turn off. The front desk worker said he would come and check and never did so i didnt sleep well as I was nervous about the stovetop being on all night. The dead bolt on the door was broken so we didnt really feel safe. I took photos and video about the issues.I have never been so annoyed with a hotel in my life. I would return even if it were for free!!!Rooms: My room did not get clean during my stay. I called the front desk to report a stove top issue- the staff never address or investigated the issue.Safety: This place did not make me feel safe at all. People loitering in the parking lot, broken dead bolt on the door and horrible "security".

Unfortunately we are here due to less than fortunate situation(s) with that said I intended on waiting until the end of our very unexpected lengthy stay to scan & send one of these in bt for whatever reason a staff member by the name "Ariayi" insisted I submit one right now...?♀️ My reason(s) for the delay...aside the much appreciated customer service & understanding the two gentleman behind the counter gave me the night I checked in along with some unexpected hospitality, kindness & compassion I was shown as one gentleman wheeled out a chair from inside the office out to the "lobby" waiting area for me to sit in as I stood extremely uncomfortable in a crammed waiting area I suppose is their lobby that does not have seats/a seating area or any furniture with my little one, it was greatly appreciated & I am thankful for the level of professionalism & amount of patience & understanding that was displayed despite the frustrating situation. Now as for everything else Ima save that for when we check out a here for the fact that Ariayi just confirmed that I can submit as many of these as I want...I'm going to remain REAL as I am & give them the opportunity to redeem themselves-all this damn time we're going to end up having to stay here so stay tuned bc it's gone be the post of all posts...PICS, VIDS, EVIS & ALL!!!??
