Express Watch Repair is great! They have replaced watch batteries and worn- out watch bands. They have repaired jewelry including re-stringing the beads on necklaces. The service is usually done well and quickly.

He really knows exactly what’s hes doing. Our family gets all of our clocks repaired by him and he’s always been great. He even was able to add custom touches to my watch to make it better.

This watch jeweler is awesome. They are super reasonable, fast and accurate. I've been coming here for years for repairs and batteries. Everyone needs battery replacement....grab them up and get the running again. They also sell jewelry. Bring cash... there's a Golden one machine in this mall.

Best watch service around. Scott repaired a Invictus watch that needed a battery and the Hour?minute hands painted again. He also shorten the wristband for a Citizen watch and buffed the band so it looks nearly brand new. I may need a new power cell for my Citizen and I will have him replace it soon.

I brought my Seiko in for cleaning and adjustment. It took about a week and I was assured all was fine. It then lost about 2 minutes an hour. I brought it back and he adjusted it and said it would be fine. Nope. I brought it back a total of 4 times, the last time leaving it for over a week, and it never worked right. Having lost confidence in his abilities, I took it to another shop. He opened it and told me it was still a bit dirty and it was totally dry-no oil whatsoever. I left it with him for a week and when i picked it up, it was keeping perfect time. When I told Express he just said "hm". No defense of his work or offer of a refund. He takes cash only and doesn't offer a receipt or much of a warranty on his work. An expensive lesson. Save your money and go elsewhere

i stopped by to have my watch battery replaced. I did not ask the price. He installed the battery and then asked for $25 cash. I said that was way more than I have ever paid. He offered to remove the battery. By this time I didn't want to get in my car and go elsewhere. I believed he ripped me off because I didn't ask the price first. The standard price even at jewelry stored is $10 to $15. Be forewarned.
