We were refered to Eric by some friends and they did not let us down. In a crazy competitive market, as first time home buyers and our life savings on the line, Eric really came through. At the peak of interest rates he got really creative. He and our Realtor went to bat for us and we could be happier. Eric was recommended to us by our realtor, a friend I trust.So it is no surprise that Eric was fantastic to work with, and always went above and beyond to help us navigate the intricacies of getting our new loan, while we were dealing with selling our previous home and all of the fun stuff in between.He is super smart and knows his stuff, it is clear in the way he communicates and advises you when it comes to dealing with your mortgage.Not only is he brilliant and professional, he is also super approachable and really easy to talk to. Eric has done 6+ home loans for me and my family (mom, aunt, brother, etc). We've worked with him on primary and rental home purchases, along with loan refinances.He ALWAYS keeps us up to date on the next steps and progress. Most financial professionals seem to make their process complicated. Why is that? Eric, on the other hand, explains what's happening in simple terms so we're always clear and never guessing. Oh - and he actually replies to my calls + text messages. Eric was instrumental in helping me purchase my new home as a single mom. He was patient and answered all my questions. He was available by phone, email and text and always got back to me soon. We had a great experience working with Eric on obtaining a non-QM loan. Since this was the first time we had go down this path (prior home purchases were made prior to being self-employed) I have to admit the process was foreign. Eric made it relatively simple and was pretty dialed in when it came to communication. I spoke to several brokers who made promises of eliminating "all depreciation" from my 1040 only to see them fail miserably. Eric knew what we needed right away and spared us the BS.

Eric was awesome to work with. We had just had a 3rd child and in need of a home to accommodate us. He told us, "If you want it, we will get there." He was not just true to that statement but our lending experience was far better than I anticipated! He got us in a great loan and all the pieces just fell into place perfectly. We were first time home buyers, which is a scary and exciting experience but his clear and concise instructions made the process do-able and attainable.
