When we refinanced our house, Eric was great to work with. He and his team made the process as easy as possible, walking us through everything we needed and helped us close in a short time frame. Would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase or refinance a home or property.

We were refered to Eric by some friends and they did not let us down. In a crazy competitive market, as first time home buyers and our life savings on the line, Eric really came through. At the peak of interest rates he got really creative. He and our Realtor went to bat for us and we could be happier. Eric was recommended to us by our realtor, a friend I trust.So it is no surprise that Eric was fantastic to work with, and always went above and beyond to help us navigate the intricacies of getting our new loan, while we were dealing with selling our previous home and all of the fun stuff in between.He is super smart and knows his stuff, it is clear in the way he communicates and advises you when it comes to dealing with your mortgage.Not only is he brilliant and professional, he is also super approachable and really easy to talk to. Eric closed our loan in like 11 days. He's an absolute boss / champion. I also feel more educated about the whole process after working with him. He's always willing to give you his time and strategize about getting the best deal possible. I would recommend him to anyone.

Eric has done 6+ home loans for me and my family (mom, aunt, brother, etc). We've worked with him on primary and rental home purchases, along with loan refinances.He ALWAYS keeps us up to date on the next steps and progress. Most financial professionals seem to make their process complicated. Why is that? Eric, on the other hand, explains what's happening in simple terms so we're always clear and never guessing. Oh - and he actually replies to my calls + text messages. As simple as that sounds, it's rare in my experience and removes all anxiety and stress from the process.If you're looking to buy or refinance, or looking to help a family member do that, Eric is your guy. Eric was very responsive throughout our time working together, he contacted us right away to get started with the lending process, followed up to keep us on a timely schedule, answered all of our questions and worked tirelessly to make sure we closed on our house ahead of schedule.
