Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. All the staff we interacted with were friendly. Nice evening reception and breakfast, with plenty of seating. Good food options for dinner. Good location with things to do within a walkable distance.
I would definitely stay here again.

Never seen drinks so expensive. I didn't drink. I think 25 dollars is just a bit to much fo wine. Only my opinion

I chose the Embassy suites because of its location near to the Golden one center. I was seeing a concert there and it could’ve been a better place to stay. I was able to check in early and I was very happy with my accommodations. Yes, I was on the side where the freeway is, but the windows are triple glazed. The room was very clean and spacious. I enjoyed the managers reception in the afternoon and my breakfast the next morning. Walking distance to old Sacramento. I did use the garage across the street because it was less expensive.
Rooms: Very large rooms
Walkability: Easy to walk to downtown and old Sacramento

This hotel looks nice, the rooms are nice but the staff is completely clueless. First two days of our trip we asked where we could smoke because obviously we can’t smoke in the room, they gave us a designated area and we went exactly there. Then suddenly at our last day they said we weren’t allowed to be smoking near the hotel in any way then charged our room $200 for a smoking fee. We never smoked inside the room in anyway, we only smoked outside in the morning and at night. Valet, we were able to get our car with no problem the first two nights, even if we didn’t have the ticket because it was hard to keep track when we were on a girls trip and then suddenly one night when I’m in a hurry with a kid in my arms crying for her mama they tell me they can’t do anything to help me get my car then when I started having an anxiety attack they proceeded to talk crap in front of my face and tell lies to one another. The staff is absolutely terrible. The only good staff member was Antonio, he was friendly and helped us gracefully.

Really nice, modern and CLEAN rooms. Beds are comfortable, shower has hot water, air conditioning works great (I actually had to turn it off it was getting too cold).
Great breakfast and happy hour.
My room was facing the river so be aware the train passes directly outside. It wasn't too loud but noticeable.
The TVs in the room get a little choppy but other than that everything was great.
I would stay here again!!

A little bit on the older side, but it's a good representation of an embassy suites hotel
Nearby activities: Right across the street from old Sacramento, a great tourist site.
Safety: The for was monitored by security. Very good job.
Walkability: Plenty of sites in walking distance.

Excellent stay at this location! Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Great location! Will definitely recommend and stay here on future trips.

We arrived late to check in and the man at the front counter was rude like he didn't want to be there at his job. When we went to our room the couches were stained and filthy. The sink in the restroom has hairs in it like the house keepers didn't clean it. The tub was dirty and the walls of the shower still had soap or shampoo on them. I could tell they weren't cleaned. Then we go into the room-WOW! The carpet in there was BLACK with stains. The towels in the bathroom also had black stains. The towels in the bathroom were also hard to the touch. No soft at all. I paid an arm and a leg for ONE NIGHT, I would expect the Embassy "Suites" to be more clean than this!!! Embassy Suites does not live up to it's name!!! Also, when we were leaving a house keeper hard her cart in the middle of hall as we exited our room and I asked her politely if she can move it aside so we can get by and she only moved it a little bit and looked at me like "there!" I had to squeeze my suite case by cause she didn't give me much room.
Come on Embassy Suites, do better!!!

Was there for business with my family of four. My company reserved a two-bedroom suite. Check in was fine until we got to the room and it was a one-bedroom with one bed. The check-in employee never said anything about the change?!
Granted, the hotel was busy but let me know and we can make something work. I didn't appreciate the downgrade, especially without being informed. And it clearly wasn't going to work with the number of people we had.

When on a trip stop to get a good night rest I was really impressed it was super clean staff were super nice breakfast was amazing a really nice hotel thanks for the great stay
