If you don't mind EVER getting the paperwork for a car you purchased here then good luck, I paid cash for a 2013 Lexus October 3rd, 2023 ( HAVE NO TITLE, REGISTRATION, OH THE REG. IS EXPIRED since December, no one returns phone calls, I have to take Tarek Kader (the owner) to Court and hit him where it hurts ! If anyone else has issues like mine then please join me to make sure he DOES NOT do this to anyone else, me I would shop for a car in Hell before I would trust this dealership, please remember you were forwarned!!!

I came here for a IS350. We made a deal I was going to finance and ran my credit. Told him I was going to come back with my insurance to pick up my vehicle. Little did I know when I called the salesmen telling him I was coming to pick up my car with my insurance. He then tells me that he sold the car right under me. So why would you make a deal run my credit and then sell the car right under me? I would never recommend this place to anyone. Never come here and buy a vehicle.

I purchased my vehicle 5 months ago and have not gotten the registration still. They also fraudulently cancelled the extended warranty I paid for. They will not return my calls/texts. I will update my rating when the issues are resolved . Thank you

Liar, dishonest, biggest crook in car business .I bought a used car in May 2023 and I still haven’t received my registration, tags or pink slip from them. I can’t get them to answer my calls. I called Sacramento DMV investigation, They helped me out.It was stressful several months, I don’t recommend him, his name is Tarek Kader , he is the owner. Your horrible car buying experience will start with him.“ This is America and I’m not your friend” that’s what he’s gonna tell you,Isn’t it Tarek ?

Don't recommend them! Tom sold my daughter's first car. Couple months in it kept burning oil, took it to the mechanic that Tom recommend. The mechanic said to talk to Tom to exchange the car, the transmission seems like it will go out soon. Tom said we bought it as is and there's nothing he can do. My daughter was heart broken being herfirst experience and as a college student.

I met with Abraham and Tom and received top tier customer service! He met me where I was at with my financial needs and made sure that everything in my decision making worked in my favor. It was a pleasure to receive hassle free, and no obligations of pressure to purchase a vehicle. Business was done very well, and being a female that went in by myself, was very risky for me. Here at Elite motors, it wasn't risky as a female, and I received honesty, integrity, considerate, and mindfulness of my financial circumstances, and phenomenal customer service. I didn't feel like Abraham, or Tom was pushy, or just trying to get a deal. He was so realistic on what I qualified for and had pure intentions. There weren't any hidden fees or add on fees, at all which was even better. Car shopping is very hard and sadly most salesmen just want to screw you over, but not these guys! I left very happy and I love the outcome of my decision. I'm going to be able to obtain my payments and because the process went so smooth, I have already recommended loved ones to this dealer, and will be back for a future purchase. Abraham and Tom are the Perfect example of how business should be done, it makes perfect sense on why Elite Motors have a great representation! This guy is also hilarious and so down to earth, great combo of balance of business and great personalities!

Great experience. Issue with AC rt after purchase. Tom took care of it no issues no questions. I didn’t purchase a warranty so legally he did not have to step up but he thankfully he did.2013 Sonata Hybrid

I was apprehensive at first, but Abraham and mr. 5 minutes we're really friendly helpful and patient. I drove away with a beautiful Lincoln Town car. I highly recommend giving them a shot at selling you a car.

This dealer is trash. I bought a used car in December 9 2022 and I still haven’t received my tags or pink slip. To top it off I can’t get them to answer my calls.

Very good example of how car dealers should not be!They are almost on every single online car sales platform you can think of. Their listed cars are never available and they never remove them as they use those reasonably priced decent looking cars to attract people. You know the rest of story... that one we recently sold it but we have another one for you... And the rest is bunch of games and lies to trick you and to make you believe the junk car they want to sell will last you forever... SKIP THIS PLACE

First time buying my car and even though I was stressing out and worrying about financing Tom helped me out a lot. He made the financing process smooth. Would shop here again. The real compliment is that he was not a pushy salesman at all.

I came her to purchase a red 2006 Chevy Avalanche because my last car was so old it broke down on the freeway. Tom was very responsive and quick to make the transaction happen. Exactly how I wanted it to go. He allowed me to test drive it down the street. The car is great, exactly what I was looking for and more. He even gave me a discount. Great salesman. I'd recommend going here for any used car needs.

Must Read!!!!!!Me and my family were desperate for a vehicle after our transmission went out. We needed to get our child to school, get to work, and everything else life entails. Me and my fiancé went to numerous dealerships, many with beat up inventory. At most we were treated poorly, ignored, and even talked down to. It seemed that because we weren't buying a new car for 30,000 our money did not matter.When we arrived to Elite Motors you could instantly feel a change in the environment. The cars were near pristine, with the same sticker prices as the other trashy lots. When the dealer Tom approached us he appeared genuine and interested, greeting my entire family and making us feel welcome. Most importantly, he seemed to actually want to help us and showed real concern for our situation.We were able to make a deal on an unbelievable Acadia but after taking the car home we noticed a tire sensor had come on. That made my fiancé concerned. Who wants to buy a new car then see a light come on immediately? I contacted Tom with Elite and he responded immediately making an appointment at a shop and rectifying the situation without hesitation. Buying a used car is beyond stressful. I am not a mechanic and did not know who to trust or even what to look for. Having a genuine person, that treats you like family, maintains an open dialogue, and treats customer service like the customer matters made the experience of buying a car different then ever before. Go here to buy a car!!!!!! Or go here as your second stop and see how different the experience is from all other used dealerships in Sacramento. Go to Elite and ask for Tom. Don't waste your time with all these other predatory dealerships.

I wanted to purchase the Infiniti m37. I knew exactly what I wanted. I requested to test drive the vehicle, the sales rep asked me how I was going to pay I said cash. He asked for my license and came back with a printout of the total purchase price. I told him would put most of it in cash and finance the rest which would have really only been the extended warranty, he then asked my bank name, and I told him, and he said we need pre-approval in order to allow a test drive.Needless to say, they lost a sale. I've never been refused a test drive. I felt completely discriminated against and judged because I didn't look a certain way, he assumed I wanted to test drive the car for "fun" and to "waste" gas and they want to avoid that because of the high gas prices. That's exactly what the finance rep called back and stated when he tried to rectify the situation. Newsflash gas is expensive so is my time and energy, I'm not driving around Sacramento looking to test drive a 2012 Infiniti for fun, lol.
