Love this bank. Old school mentality and service is excellent. Best refi loan rates. Helpful and cheerful. It's not a rush in and rush out place. They take to get to know their customers.

WARNING! FEE to cash checks drawn on this bank for non- bank customers.I went to this branch to cash a check drawn on an account at El Dorado Savings Bank. The check was written out to me, I signed it and presented the check and CA drivers license. I was asked for a credit card and if I had an account at El Dorado Saving Bank. I do not have ( and now never will have) an account with El Dorado Savings Bank then I was told that there would be a FEE to cash the check. Non-Bank customers are charged a FEE to cash checks drawn on El Dorado Savings Bank accounts when presented at El Dorado Saving Bank. I demanded the check and my ID back, took the check to my bank, deposited it and took out cash without any problem.

Rude. Absolutely rude branch manager. Went to inquire on a home refinance. Mike kept asking me “Well how much is your house worth?” That’s not my job to determine, it’s the banks. Then Mike went to grab the paper application and returned saying he called the back office and they would only lend me half of the amount I was looking for as cash out. How did he know this information without running my credit, looking at my pay stubs, and my debt profile? Mike didn’t, he made up it all up!!I would not bother going there for any inquiries.

El dorado savings bank in San Andreas has the most unprofessional manager named Brooke. I was quite shocked at her customer service skills with a very negative attitude and very rude to customers coming into the bank. She treats you with disrespect when you try to open an account like your taking up her valuable time when she does nothing but sit in her office all day. She does not ever smile and is very verbal in a negative way. Other customers were not happy with her neither. I don't think she should be in a bank business working because she's so rude to everyone who approaches her, including employees. She needs to take a customer service skills class before she hurts any more business and should never be a manager or vice president at any bank. Now I can see why there is no business with regular customers in this particular bank branch in San Andreas. Maybe she needs some advice on how to really run a professional business cause this bank is losing some good customers, me included. I refuse to keep banking there because of her very rude and unprofessional manners.

This bank is the worst! Don't bother talking to Keith at this branch; he's a total incompetent asshat! I was trying to get help with my special needs uncles account and he was not helpful at all. Rude and condescending! I will do all future business @ the other branches with kinder, more helpful employees. Kick rocks Keith!

The branch manager here Joe is slow at everything and makes everything harder than it needs to be I almost lost my house because he basically refused to help me on something that took the other branch on J street 20 minutes to complete avoid this branch go to the one off of J street

Worst branch manager ever avoid this branch he will waist your time and make things 10 times harder than it needs to be go to the branch on J street they are awesome and know what they are doing they saved me from losing my house and the one on 55th and Folsom almost caused me to lose it DO NOT USE THIS BRANCH!!!!! Go to the one off of J

If I could give negative stars I would. They are completely old school. Take forever to get anything done. Worst experience ever!! Do not look to them for a morgage!!! Go somewhere else, anywhere else and save yourself the trouble that comes with them.

This bank sucks they have way too many fees and surcharges, some of the receptionists have a really bad attitude. This last time that I had the pleasure of talking with the bank manager Michael , he was so unpleasant and impatient that he's just closed my account, instead of even helping me with my question. That's fine though this bank really is as people say second rate. In my opinion the manager Michael is a moron .

This is the worst bank in Sacramento, two days for deposit. At any reputable bank they would've put my deposit in the next day. The bank manager is down at this branch is so lazy, he would never dream of opening up the ATM machine. They got a new ATM machine that counts the cash but instead of just verifying it, or making funds available after the deposit, which is what every other bank does. They just make you wait two days here. Michelle and Keithette are dual terrible managers. Amber is a terrible receptionist with a bad attitude. I can understand her bad attitude with how little she gets paid though..... talk about a dead end position ! The poor lady seem so stressed out she looks like she crawled out of a trash receptacle. Must get expensive feeding so many cats and smelling like a cat box. This bank is absolutely outrageous , they recently got bought out by another bank and they're changing all their policies without notifying customers. If you want a hassle free low stress bank this is not the one for you. This is a bad bank.
